Tbh, In my opinion Mei is the strongest kunoichi in the series(bar Kaguya). I think she can win 4, perhaps 5 out of these matchups, but that's just me.

If the location is Taka VS Bee, it gives Mei a large water source. We've seen her prowess in suiton without a water source and her jutsu execution speed even without a water source is pretty fast so with a water source, she has access to faster attacks with less chakra wasted and probably even stronger attacks.

Mei stomps Hidan and Konan. The rest beat her. Sasori and Kakuzu will win with high difficulty. Itachi and Deidara win with mid difficulty.

Sasori mid difficulty. Iron sand kills Mei.

Kakuzu low difficulty. Fuuton would blow any mist away and to be honest, she can't defend against threads. Any of the masks can kill her except the fire mask since she can counter with suiton.

- Mei vs. Itachi (Izanami and Shisui's eye restricted)

Itachi mid difficulty. Mei can stall for time with Hidden Mist since it prevents genjutsu or amaterasu but she lacks the firepower to take down the higher stages of Susano'o and Itachi would eventually kill her with shuriken spam or Susano'o slashes.

Mei isn't beating Kakuzu based on feats. She may even lose to Konan but I doubt that.

So what? She still beats him.
The ISW is overrated. Early part2 Sakura countered it without breaking a sweat. As the Sandaime Kazekage comes in to play, he gets a lava glob in his face. Mei has full intel after all, she'd go after Sasori's most powerful weapon right off the bat.
