P.S : Your proof for mei being able to use oil release without seals is not true. She activated the jutsu when she locked sasuke in the room, once her jutsu is activated she can then manipulate it's intensity and use it freely as seen in the latter chapters when she uses it on the zetsu and she cools it down so it wouldnt harm the other kage.
mei has to initially use a handseal for it before she can spam it.
You proof about katsuya being melted also is unconfirmed. You can't compare her body to a firm structure like susano. That would liquify upon contact with lava release. She is already practically that.

Tsunade has instant healing with that seal on her forehead, that has been proven many times btw.
