Not all trees are the same size... some trees during that sequence were far smaller, so you need actual scale for those trees, and on looking at the earlier scan of his fire/wind attack, it doesn't look very large to me.

Plus the large trees are still probably smaller than just the head of the giant water dragon attack... one which is infused with enough chakra that it can counteract Madara's fire release attacks... Madara... that's v.impressive, while Kakuzu's attacks give no suggestion to being even remotely on that scale.

I suggest reading the scans carefully. Look at the size IN ANY TREE from Kakuzu Scenario (Kakuzu height compare to a tree). Then picture how small Madara would look compare to it. Then add it all up.

Even if we assume it's the biggest trees:
a) it's still smaller than the water dragon (it's a little under the size of the head), and
b) chakra infusion isn't just about size. The rasengan shuriken for instance is not very large but has incredible infusion relative to its size. Mei's chakra infusion is sufficient that she can counteract Madara's Katon's. That's incredible. Nothing about Kakuzu's attacks suggests that level of power (indeed, it was stopped by Yamato and Naruto quite easily, and this was a much weaker Naruto than we have running around now). His lightning attack was stopped by Kakashi too, so that tells you something about the sort of power each individual mask has... decent, but not Madara levels or even close.

The attacks of the fourth Kazekage were on an immense scale, along with him being immune to all metallic based weapons. Not many people can subdue a Bijuu as easily as he could.

Hiruzen knew every technique in Konoha, this should not even be necessary to say.

Tobirama hasn't shown anything so far, so feel free to use him as an example. Why don't you use the second Raikage along with him ?

Tsunade is debatable though, you are correct there.
