Mei can use her acidic mist as a great defence against her close combat aswell as coating the field in lava.. Tsunade would have to keep regenerating whiles trying to get close whiles Mei can simple attack from a distance.. all of this would drain Tsunades chakra eventually since she would have to keep up constant regen..
