Mei is underrated

I mean really, Lava Style AND Vapor Style? She's probably one of the best Kunoichis in Naruto next to Konan. Her Vapor Style is able to melt a Susanoo Ribcage and her Lava Style can neg anyone if it touches them. Don't forget she has the Hidden Mist jutsu which will allow her to land surprise attacks against her enemies while they're too confused on where she could be.

Its unfortunate Kishi nerfed her with Zetsu and then put her up against Edo Madara :/

The only reason she managed to hurt Sasuke was cause he was out of chakra from fighting Raikage. Genjutsu, v2 Susanoo, Amaterasu, chidori blitz all kill her.

I prefer a kunoichi who became comparable to a legendary Kunoichi who derived from two elite blood lines in under three years, using her intelligence + chakra control only and no clan ties. If you know what I mean.,

OT: Yea Mei is cool but she isn't stronger then: Tsunade, Sakura or Temari.

Hinata could give her a good fight too.

That's an honest answer, and I'm fine with that, it just seems the two most wanked kunoichis are copy-paste. Imo at least. Mei at least had her own jutsu. I wasn't really a fan of her rabid thirst but whateves its kishi were talking about here. But I do actually agree she wouldn't beat tsuna and saku. I'd say she's at least temaris current level(not saying she would beat her automatically, just saying she should be at that level)

I agree, Kishi did neglect Sakura! She had potential that was beyond Tsunades teachings but Kishi dropped the ball so I see what you mean. To get back on topic though, I do think Mei is unique and her jutsu is as well.

I love all my kunoichi's (almost). But mei is not underrated. She is pretty powerful.

She just doesn't have much of a spine. And that's why she falls below others for me. When she feels the pressure she wants to quit. That is a quality I never expect kishi to apply to a kage.

Also don't like in here about her edge of sasuke not being due to raikage and ms people. Though it was a awesome intro for Mei into the anime fighting wise. Sasuke would have never been in that situation if he was fine at the level he was at.

Mei is strong,more powerful than many of the men in the NV.
Tsuande and Sakura is much more powerful though.
