Kurotsuchi looks like a guy she has a good ninjutsu but nothing else.Mei has almost the same still of fight as Kurotshuchi,Tsunade and Sakura are a bad match up for them.

Tsunade tanked yasaka magatama, susanoo blada,kusanji sword it's not a magma jutsu or any long range elemental jutsu that will trouble them.Sakura proved that she has good skill without the help of chiyo when she fought Sasori .Not to mension sozo saisei and katsuyu...
