Mei and Kidomaro vs 3rd Raikage

what they know: full for mei and kido, none for Raikage
Place: 5 kage meeting room

Raikage is too fast for them. They would get blitzed.

Mei and Kidomaru win. She uses Boil Release on the Raikage while Kidomaru shoots him with an arrow. He will melt down and then Mei will use Lava Release to kill him. Boil Release is almost undodgable, so is the arrow. Also the location they are in makes it easier

OOo i though it was that guy that always follows Mei and has that sword. My bad, swing vote.

Mei and Kidomaro get rapd. Kidomaro's arrws can't even pierce the 3rd Raikage so he wouldbe no use and he is too fast for Mei .
