Description: This Power Ring is worn by the user and glows different colors depending on the users emotion when activated. Green - Will, Indigo - Compassion, Red - Rage, Blue - Hope, Star Sapphire - Love, Yellow - Fear, Orange - Greed, Black - Death and White - Life. By channeling their chakra into the ring, it glows bright green and can be used to create weapons like hammers, swords, kunai, and shields made up of pure chakra that stay connected to the ring by a chakra chain. When creating a shield the shield can block up to B rank elemental jutsus (withing reasonable size) and ninja tools. If the shield goes against a A rank jutsu, the shield will block it but be destroyed and will automatically loose to S rank jutsus.
Note: Have to be taught how to use the ring by Blake Belladonna
Note: When creating weapons and shields it counts as a move.
Note: If the ring comes off the user it deactivates and the user must wait 3 turns so it can charge.

 

[Penguin]

Your CW must be summoned at it is a custom weapon from Korra I believe. An updated version of what I remember, but none the less, not a weapon you specifically made. Just wanting to let you know that for official fights that you must summon CW's that aren't specifically made by you, however, it is a non-issue here.

Ragna not having enough RL time to reply with good RP activated his chakra sensing as he viewed his opponent. This would take no time at all, and would most likely go unnoticed. Ragna then created a cage out of lightning that would wrap around Ashitaka and trap him inside. Instead of shocking him Ragna performed one handseal and took advantage of the nature of fire and electricity, and he released a large and intense blast of fire that dwarfed even an incomplete susano'o. The fire would pass through the cage unhindered as it would make Ashitaka fried Penguin should he not counter. (Sorry for lackluster reply. Got shiz to do so I can go to sleep. Kept me from working on it, but you get the point.)

Description: The user will send their chakra towards the opponent to create electrical chains about one meter away from the opponent that are to circle the enemy to create a spherical image around the target large enough to trap about one individual inside. Once the chains are fully formed, they will then wrap themselves around the enemy's body within the sphere so that he is unable to escape. The user of this jutsu can perform the ram handseal to proceed to shock the enemy that has become trapped inside if he so chooses to so.

(Katon: Gōka Messhitsu) - Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

Ashitaka notices the chains of lightning beginning to form one meter away from his position, and with the sound of crackling lightning behind himself, he could assume that it was behind him as well. From the looks of it, this technique required some sort of focus, so why not disrupt it? Ashitaka channeled his doton chakra under Ranga, causing a huge pillar of earth to raise upwards with bone crushing force, the diameter of the pillar being large enough to combat a summon like Gamabunta. This would happen before the chains fully wrapped around Ashitaka.
