One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Madara quickly launches a blade of wind directly at you. The blade has intangibility making it hard to block or defend from.

As the fire jutsu continues towards Madara he quickly reacts instead of doing his red sand jutsu Madara creates a large 25ft wall raises from the ground in front of him that blocks the fire jutsu. Once the jutsu is blocked the wall brakes apart and shoots hundreds of little bullets at you directly. These would knock back the kunai you throw and continue towards you. If you go ahead and do the earth jutsu you would be hit by mine.

While dealing with this Madara forms a small cyclone of Red Sand in his left hand and then releases it out towards Itachi. He then performs a single hand seal (Tiger) and the sand storm grows much larger taking on the properties of a large sand storm throwing sand around and whipping him around thrashing them about. The sand storm is enough to throw him back and causes severe damage to him since he is inside of it. Since the sand is also heated to an immense temperature enough he would receive third degree burns.

The sand storm is enough to throw the opponent back and can cause severe damage to anyone caught inside of it or hit by it the sand is also heated to an immense temperature enough to create third degree burns to the opponent or anyone hit by it. The sand storm repels any water jutsu that is thrown against it. If an opponent tries to counter using a water jutsu the Red Sand will over power it.

While dealing with this Madara draws a kunai with an explosive tag and throws it at you. He then performs the Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger, sign and has his kunai multiply into a thousand shadow clones from the one kunai. Once the kunais start hitting you all the explosive tags go off catching you in a huge explosive. Madara then watches you carefully to see how you react.

Then without hesitating and wasting any time, he get's away from the dead Madara by submerging underground again, then he appears Long range away behind Madara.
Note that Itachi has done all of this in high speed without slowing down (Madara's earth wall appeared and blocked his vision before Itachi's flames reached it, and when they did, Itachi was already travelling underground, when the wall was about to explode, Itachi was already behind Madara and his legs were getting out of the ground then in no time because he's a Lightning master he formed the Raikiri and crushed Madara's spine with it, and wile doing that he stabbed him with a kunai to the heart, then he submerged again and got away from Madara)

Actually you still need to perform 1 hand sign to form Raikiri and the only bios that can do it without hand seals are Sasuke and Kakashi bios. Also going by the first jutsu you posted you are digging to me not submerging into the ground.

As Madara sees the wall breaks he hears the raikiri start to form behind him. Knowing that he has to react fast and quickly subs his body out with a block of wood. The wood would take the hit and as your peirce it with your kunai it would change back to a block of wood.

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. The technique is a mix between high speed movement and the use of the transformation technique but has its limits.

Madara would then appear behind you in mid range. As he does a quick tiger sign trapping you in a genjutsu before you can look around. You start to see your vision blur out till you completely believe you are now blind. You would be unable to see anything making it hard for you to know my location.

(Genjutsu: Howaitotatchi) - Illusionary Technique: The White Touch

As you are trapped in Madara's genjutsu he channels his fire chakra into his foot and by stomping it on the ground, he releases it creating three pillars of fire several meters tall spaced out evenly to erupt from underneath you burning you. As this happens the first explosive tag on the first victim goes off killing him as the two other tags get closer to going off.
