Alright as you may have seen from the title, I just finished Infamous 2 (on Hero).

The game itself is awesome, on of the best games i've ever play'd, and I've played alot of the big games out there for Ps3. This is a spoiler note that gamer's.

I played through the game continuing from my infamous 1 story, so I started out a lvl 1 hero. I loved the control system, and all the perks you get being a Hero. I just didn't like following Kuo, I like Nix better...

I could not believe the hero ending , Cole did what was right, and activated it T_T. This means he died at the end, along with every other conduit...Which suck's... It was so sad I almost cried at the end, poor ol Zeke... Zeke: "you did what was right , we had good times, but I sure will miss you brother..<somethin along those lines... But yeah i cant believe cole's dead (on hero), and I thought he was gonna grow hair -_-.

Yeah there's no way Cole is dead the only thing I am thinking about is what will he fight in the 3rd game because all the Conduit's are dead.

A third game MIGHT ruin the series if not handled right, and Suckerpunch has said they will only make another game if they come up with some great ideas (that's what they said! Almost verbatim). Now, if Sony wants another inFamous that bad and Suckerpunch isn't into it, inFamous may just end up in another studio's lap. Which would suck. (I'm looking at you, Sly 4...)

Also, I don't know whether you've played through the bad ending, but making a third game that accommodates both endings will not be easily feasible. They'd have to twist the story a lot and/or assume players made one specific moral choice at the end, which never goes over well. So, no. I don't think there will be a third game. At least not one done by Suckerpunch.

IF they can make money off of a InFamous 3 then they will make it. It all depends on how well InFamous 2 does.
