[Nintendo DS] Mega Evolution ORAS Part 1.

In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, there will be even more mega evolutions than what we have seen...We've already seen Mega Sceptile, Swampert, Sableye, Diancie, and last but definitely not least...Metagross. (Shudders...as if Steven wasn't strong enough...)​

There will be more and I have a full list of all 3rd Generation Pokemon I predict that will have one...As I said, only 3rd generation, none else.



LET IT BEGIN...​

1) Mega-Milotic​

Type Change? Yes
Type(s)? Water/Fairy
Reasons: Milotic is one of the most popular 3rd generation pokemon ever made and a pain in the butt to get back in the day. I believe Milotic will be able to mega-evolve and become a water/fairy type in battle. Not a bad type add up at all. Milotic would be even stronger and more beautiful.​

2) Mega-Camerupt and Mega-Sharpedo​

Type(s): Camerupt (Fire/Ground) & Sharpedo (Water/Dark)
Reasons: ...I had to put them both together. They are owned by Archie and Maxie, the main villains. In a recent pic I saw on the web, it shows the two evil leaders with maybe a mega stone. Now Lysandre had a mega gyrados...why cant the two evil leaders have their main pokemon mega evolve too? I predict they will and become hard to challenge...​

3) Mega-Walrein​

Type(s): Water/Ice
Reasons: Walrein is one of the best Ice/Water types ever made and with a mega evolution would become the strongest Water/Ice Types ever made. It's bite would be harder than it's roar..​

4) Mega-Salamence​

Type Change: Yes
Type(s): (Dragon/Fire)
Reasons: Ok, ok, I've always imagined Salamence more as a dragon/fire type because I always imagined it breathing fire. Of course it would still fly Salamence will be mega evolved no doubt. That's what I predict. Once he or she does, Salamence will be almighty. Salamence is my favorite dragon from the 3rd gen too! Always a treat to find Bagon in Meteor Falls.​

Nice list. I think all of those will be a welcomed addition to the mega evolutions in Pokemon, I will touch on all of these suggestions and give my thoughts.

Mega-Milotic has been one that loads of people have called for since the first news of mega-evolutions and with the additional fairy-typing that it may get would become the perfect dragon slayer. Give it extra bulk and a boost in sp.atk, it would be unstoppable, especially if it were competitive and you used it on someone who uses sticky web/intimidate. You could switch it in, get a sp.atk boost and mega evolve >_> would be scary.

Mega-Sharpedo has a lot of use in the meta, since it has speed boost and is pretty much a glass cannon. This, along with Mega-camerupt seem the most certain of megas at this date due to it's usage with the leaders and I don't see the stat distribution when it megas going anywhere else apart from attack and speed. They could throw 10-30 onto sp.atk to give make it a mixed-attacker to throw people off but giving it a huge increase in it's defences might seem like a waste. It could turn out to be the Absol of this batch of megas. I do hope it gains an additional ability, something like strong jaw as it would suit him well so you could potentially stall with protect to get speed boosts and then mega-evolve to deal the immense damage with crunch, ice fang, that sort of thing.

Mega-Camerupt could get a huge boost in it's defences and it could become a wall while also being able to pack a punch (think Aggron) and it would fit the meta quite well since there aren't many wall-ey fire types out there and especially if it retains it's ability - Solid Rock, it would be a powerhouse that just won't go down but being 4x weak to water could be a thorn in it's side. Who knows, it could just get a drastic increase in attack/sp.attack. We'll wait to see the verdict on that one.

Mega-Walrein; this one is interesting. There is only one other ice-type mega Pokemon (which is Abomasnow) which didn't make much impact and it sort of seemingly disappeared and forgotten about but Walrein, with it's typing, could be useable and it could be given the same treatment as the aforementioned mega-Camerupt. Prioritising the bulk while also being a threat. Though I feel it would need a better ability than what it already has. Thick fat is it's best ability but it doesn't really reflect well on it albeit it is a good ability; it's just not needed on Walrein. If it got Fur Coat as it's ability, this Mega would be immense.

Mega-Salamence. Oh, Mega-Salamence. I used to like this pokemon before VI gen but it was given a stupid "flying" battle animation and the introduction of fairy types really knocked it down a few pegs and especially since there are better dragons for it's spot. Giving it a mega would definitely bring it back to it's former days but considering Metagross has been given a mega evo, I don't see this guy getting one unfortunately. Two megas for the psuedos in one gen? seems a bit overkill but regardless; the stat distribution, if this ever got a Mega, should be overall well-rounded as Salamence has pretty good stats across the board, it would be great to see them all elevated into the 100's mark and 140+ for attack. It would be crazily good and especially considering it has access to DDance.

I want Water/Steel Mega Sharpedo with Speed Boost.
He should get Iron Head too. He'll be so Powerful. Aqua Jet, Earthquake, Iron Head, Waterfall.

Mega Salamence should keep its Typing but either get Gale Wings or Tough Claws.
But if anything, I Imagine Mega Salamence a Water/Dragon type if he gets a Type change.[SUB]
