Imagine I have access to pathological microorganism... let's say, hypothetically, fungus. How does the rank of these techniques interact with them? Is Med Nin stronger, double stronger, equal? And how would this technique interact in other types of battle applications? What about...lets say I have a mud jutsu, or a dirt jutsu, can I use this technique to coat my hand and body and neutralize it? Is this the same as basic ninjutsu in terms of power? For example, if this was raw ninjutsu, and, thus, weaker to elemental techniques, I'd be able to use it to neutralize a D rank lightning, allowing me to touch electricity, even if momentarily. If it's the same as strong raw ninjutsu, like the hyuuga rotation, then it would be neutral to elemental ninjutsu, so I'd be able to walk through D rank fireballs and the such, like a sort of body armour, as I have my body coated in chakra. No real questions here. Its very straightforward, all youre doing is making sure that whatever youre healing, treating, operating on, ect, doesnt get any worse with foreign bacteria from either yourself, or your patients clothing, or even their skin itself, its merely to stop whatever you're doing from getting infected or, if its particularity aggressive, stop it from hindering whatever procedure you're doing.
Keksuki Gyouko (Blood Coagulation)Scalpel. Obvious, its the core to any major treatment, however, its also a potent weapon, if used with other medical ninjutsu, the scalpel can be far more dangerous that a sword, as its small stature allows you to maneuver it easily in your hand, making it not only a handy medical tool, but a deadly weapon for battle as well.
Blood drawing set. For me, this is the best thing to get you an Edo, it has everything you need to properly store someones DNA. Also good to remove blood carried toxins, stopping them by removing the poison from the blood stream.
Small tent. Its a pocket dimension with a whole ass lab in it, so not only can you set this up to actually have a lab, it also is likely inconspicuous, and a great way to stay in one location for a long time comfortably.
Blood coag works by the blood drying up, creating a thin sealing membrane over a wound to stop the blood from continuously leaking out. i believe this is done mostly by the white blood cells, which seal a wound shut. This is just the bodies natural defence, and it doesnt work on huge wounds, because too much blood cant clot properly.
In the NV/ our RP, i dont think it has any use, i cant really see it being used in Battle, it takes a full turn+a jutsu slot+ there are way better passive healing methods
It is weird, but lets face it, this whole med school is weird seeing as it's so focussed on being alike to RL med. Like most lessons are irrelevant unless it comes to custom med techs and even then, chris doesn't want a mass of science and Rl shit going into something... when really... the above jutsu is magical energy around your hand that heals... repairs... mends tissue and so on...( Iryō Ninjutsu: Shōsen Jutsu ) - Medical Technique: Mystic Palm Technique
Chakra: N/A (2x the amount of damage healed, 200 max)
Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or remove with poisons or toxins, though it can heal damage by them. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal, he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for x amount of damage the user needs to spend 2x amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant.
Note: Can be used on up to 2 targets.
Note: Can only be used by Medical Ninja.
i found the jutsu but do you want me to RP healing things with mystic palm? That seems...weird.
Like, healing a wound with this would be childs play, you'd focus on rapidly enhancing the white blood cells to speed up clotting, and then focus on the outer walls to close the wound up, like a super adrenaline hit.
This is really an after battle technique though, due to how slow it really is, but in the WSE, its super useful, because turns is essentially talking, and you can heal someone very quickly after a battle. But as you said, you cant use this on yourself, or even anyone else really, in the middle of a battle. WHile doing this, you're completely vulnerable to attack, as well as, like you said, if used on yourself, you cant do primary care, especially in battle.
Raven would come across a man who was sitting on the side of the road, blood pooling from his left eye, and a medium sized rock by his size. After speaking to the man briefly, Raven learnt that a stray rock fell from the cliff, clipping him in the eyebrow and giving him a minor concussion. The man was dizzy, disorientated and dehydrated. Summoning a water bottle from her medical kit, Raven would let the man drink. Once he was done, Raven would active aggressive chakra over her hands, cleansing them of all bacteria. Raven would then do the same to the man, cleansing the area around his eye. With that done, Raven actives the healing palm, firstly focusing on closing the wound, focusing her chakra into the white blood cells to help the wound close up. As the bleeding stopping, Raven would summon some cloth, and more sterile water, wiping away the blood to get a better look at the wound. It was a sizable gash, around 2cm long, but it wasnt deep, as it had merely clipped him. Focusing her chakra once more, Raven Fully closed the wound, forcing the skin to regrow and fully heal, leaving no scar. After examing the man, Raven concluded his concussion wasn't something that needed healing via her chakra, as he was in no real danger, before Raven got up and left the man, who was feeling much better.,
It's a suggestion i plan to make, but the rp is going through changes still, it's not an immediate thing, plus it gives you an overall basis of shit to go through and some of it can be useful when making toxins etc.All of which ill never use in the Rp. All just superficial crap tbh. Med training needs to be re looked at and the really important parts need to be highlighted instead of all of this stuff. No questions for this
Basically go full kabuto/tsunade fight. Hitting nerves and fucking up peoples bodies, it's glorious. This first technique is epic tbh. One touch and you sit down. Best part, you just need to block an opponent, and not even hit them. Slowly lock down all their body parts, and it has a low chakra cost. I like this.
Second one i feel is more useful on yourself. Localize pain reduction. Remove your ability to feel a wound. Only question is, how would that go along with the current health rules about taking dmg=losing certain perks if you cant feel.
The rest seem very very very very very specific, in the situations, except the last. Im assuming the last technique can dispell high level genjutsu? Besides that, outside of maybe RP, non of these serve much use.
Ive no real questions, most of this pertains to the users nervous system and chakra points, which arnt wholely useful in an RP of super ninja XD
