Hiding as he hears voices he can't make out, he hears a horse proceeding through the destroyed town, he peeks out. It could be his father, or a Knight.. somebody had to be there to help him. However he had nothing, and he knew this world was nearly at it's end. He had to be careful and didn't want to go noticed if he was to spy on whoever this guy was, especially with the hooves of the horse creating a rythmic beat that was sure to attract anything within the town as clipped-clopped across the stone road.

What a idiot, he's riding that thing like he isn't worried about those Monsters.
