Nope and yes you must be trained how to use your chakra and in the standard skills needed to be a medic Today we work on chakra control.(makes to wholes that are 15ft deep with a radius of 3 ft)Radis is half of how wide the whole is(its 6 feet wide)I`ll bandage you bothfrom head to toe.(threws both students inot the hole)Now climb out of the wholes with out using your hands thismust be ddone with chakra only.Ok start

Then i must rotate the chakra downwards and down to the floor and use that chakra to push up my body.<br /> <br /> You cant rotate it to fast or to slow or you wont get anywhere.<br /> <br /> *Exerts chakra throughout the body going to each direction*<br /> *Starts rotating the chakra downwards*<br /> *Uses all the chakra that has been exerted from my body to push me up slowly*<br /> <br /> Is that good Sensei Pein?</div>

Ok Ummm Sharingan!!!! Sees Chakra Though Body Ok Now Enxerts Chakra Al Over the body in every Point of the body The chakra is Moving up and down. does it with Slowly and Calm.

Thats how you do it but I need you to fully focus on it and not waste chakra only use what you need this is to fine tune you chakra control.Be loose with it and focus your chakra inot pushing you out of the hole.
