Medical Ninjutsu (医療忍術, Iryō Ninjutsu) is a branch of ninjutsu associated with healing, as well as the manipulation of their own, or anothers' body, practiced by shinobi categorized as "medical-nin". The use of medical ninjutsu requires very advanced chakra control, as well as extensive knowledge on such things as herbs, medicines, the human body and even poisons. The knowledge of medical ninjutsu can be used for a variety of purposes apart from simply healing, such as creating and treating poisons, performing autopsies or surgeries, or attacking a person's body directly, deranging the target's nervous system or sending them into a comatose state by overriding their body with chakra. Medical Ninjutsu in itself can also be used offensively.

Restrictions:

• Requires Chūnin Rank and 5,500 Kumi.
• Canon bios that have unique Medical Ninjutsu abilities, such as Tsunade's White Strength seal and its techniques, can use them if they abide by their own bio rules.
• Any Medical Ninjutsu Technique that isn't bio restricted (such as Mystical Palm, for example), still require medical training.
• Poison techniques require Medical Mastery, which comes upon finishing Medical School. The only exceptions to this are puppetry based poisons (meaning any puppet shown to carry poisoned blades, or emit a poisonous smoke may do so without the puppeteer being trained in poison release, but the shinobi controlling the puppet has no poison release abilities without being trained in the medical school) and Hanzo's salamander
• Submitting customs that require extensive knowledge of human anatomy or the substituent pathways, for example, this includes detecting hormone secretions or targeting of extremely specific vital locations, beyond the shown knowledge of pressure points and vulnerable spots is not allowed without medical training, with the exception of Byakguan users being able to target the chakra system.
• Medical Customs can only be submitted upon completion of the medical school and can only be checked by chosen RP mods. Medical customs do not count towards the 35 CJ limit and each med nin can have 5 approved medical customs..

Medical School can only be accessed by Medical Students and Medical Ninjas; those who are learning medical ninjutsu and those who have learned it. Before you actually get to approach and deal with a patient, you first have to learn the medical methods. Medical methods are steps and procedures as well as techniques which are used in the course of everyday medical practices, alongside cannon medical ninjutsu. Once inside the school and after your general training, you can apply for a specialization.

• If you are a Medical Ninja, the Medical School becomes a place to develop your skills further and to discuss and develop medical arts and your own skills; if you wish you can apply and become a teacher for other medical students.

• To apply to medical school, you need to have begun some form of Ninjutsu training (elemental or not) and be Chūnin rank (otherwise, you can't learn almost any technique).
• Once you finish medical school you become able to call yourself a medical ninja which can use all generic canon medical techniques and abilities as well as all the methods learned in the generic classes.
