[Question] Medical Ninjutsu

It is said that medical ninjutsu can be taught by Head masters, and picked by them,so does that mean that i should not ask or request them to join in the school?

Correct. They would open applications. You would fill out the application and wait. They would select based on their "best interest". I suggest you have some experience in the Role-play.

As far as I'm aware of, medical students are being handpicked by the current headmaster whenever they choose to bring more students in and the application process has been removed.

It's the same principle as with mods: sometimes we handpick them, sometimes we open applications. It depends on the situation.
