USA didn't create ISIS. They just funded their weapons on the Syrian front. lol
That's true but that doesn't make them USA soldiers. And this problem won't be solves by freeing them of their own responsibility of their own actions- because they do not seem to take all their orders from USA only. Besides there is a lot more to this whole scenario. There are so many aspects of terrorism and terrorists organizations that blaming USA only is over simplifying the situation.

The problem of drugs has escalated both in India- especially in Punjab and if some news I read is correct- in Pakistan side of Punjab too.
