So how many eyes have been ripped out transplanted in place of eyes, placed on the body and in kakuza's case reattaching heads and arms. My question is why then has riakage not gotten his arm back? He has to know people lol

transplanting eyes is a common thing.. However... regrowing a limb can only be done by Tsunade o.o

He can't regrow an arm and knows nobody like Kakuzu that can reattach it XD

They'd need to take an arm from someone. Otherwise, they'd be using a decayed old arm. Also, they haven't had a lot of time between fights to worry about conducting medical operations.

Grab a magic zetsu arm. Hell that makes up half of obito

He might be to prideful. His dad never spoke of that scar because it was his life's shame. How do you think the raikage would feel about losing an arm? Second theory. He might not know anyone that knows earth grudge fear to sew an arm back on. Third theory- he might need that specific arm (chakra network and what not), but its ash now. If he got froggy and really missed his arm he could try learning oral rebirth I suppose, but I think deep down the villages know there will be more wars in the future and they don't want to share such useful techniques.
