]Terrain: open grass field with no water source.
Gray: It's been a long time Ice-san, let's see if I have improved or not.
I begin by molding my chakra and releases it into the atmosphere and it begins to snow on the field, I then using my hyouton chakra and combining it with shape manipulations skills created a windmill shuriken of Ice, I then throw that shuriken towards you.

Its been a while indeed. Help me get rid of some of this rust will ya?
As I say that and your ice shuriken is thrown, I block it by throwing my own, while also releasing my chakra into the area behind you, magnetizing the ground behind you along with the shuriken thrown, causing it to rapidly shoot towards you like an arrow, while the ground behind you rushes towards you, causing you to be pelted from both angles by earth and the shuriken, magnetizing you as well as causing major damage to your back and stomach

As I notice you throwing a shuriken towards mine I think that it will most probably deflected from it's path but to my surprise, I notice that it is continuing towards me and at the same time I notice a cracking sound behind me so I take a peep and see that small chunks are being broken up from earth and have started to come towards me, I without wasting any time take out my sword from it's halt so as to deflect your shuriken when it will be about to reach me and at same time I mold my chakra, and create a lightning cube around me which destroys all the pieces of earth as it comes in contact with the cube, I notice that your shuriken has stopped in it's path and dropped on ground and I find it rather unusual, I then see that not only has the shuriken stoped but even the chunks of earth is no longer being attracted towards me [your chakra which made be magnetic will be neutralized due to my lightning chakra which is all around me], I conclude that it is no earth technique as it cannot effect the shuriken which is metal, I then think of a common force which can both effect earth and a metal and I come to realize it is magnetic force.

I then follow up by shooting multiple needles of lightning towards you which cover large area, it makes it hard for you to avoid them and as it passed through my tangible lightning cube they gain more power and become even more destructive in nature.

My first time fighting a magnetic user.

I had no idea, human lightning road could be used to cancel lightning techs o_o.

As I notice you emitting a lightning charges from your body and see my techniques are disappearing, I quickly deduce it's your doing[it will not shock because, I think the way you used it means more like a cancellation techniques and you basically canceled more powerful technique then your original technique lol.] and I release my hyouton chakra around you and create several Ice needles just few inches above your head and if you were to continue with you move you will be impaled by them, I then without wasting any time stomp the ground and make several Ice needles to emerge from the ground below you which and they cover sufficient area so as to you can't simply jump and avoid them, I then perform a single hand seal and cast you under a genjutsu where you see nothing else but total darkness, In this effect's you as to how you will avoid those needles and spikes of Ice, I then release three shurikens towards you, while two approach you in arc pattern from left and right, the remaining one comes straight towards you.

As the Ice forms above my head, i seemingly disappear, appearing inches from your left as you stomp your foot into the ground, with ice erupting near my previous location, followed almost instantly with a massive release of stunning electricity.

I need more description.
Basically, I'd see the Ice senbon forming above my head because there are alot of them, and to make sure I just avoid damage all together, I arrow step to your side, basing the fact that you would know the jutsu and predict that I'd dash directly into you, I take a more subtle approach and slightly deviate from that direction to your side, releasing a nagashi as I arrived in that safe spot, to prevent an immediate rebuttal from a ninja of your caliber. I quickly turn that small opening into a major attack with a quick blast into your side to knock you away. Sorry for my lack of description.

As I see you running at great pace toward my direction, I realize that you must have avoided the needles due to your great pace so I start to track you though I find it hard but I do manage to deduce that you are not coming towards me, due to the fact at a certain time your approaching sound decreases but still I am not able to react to it and as you stand right beside me to my left, I notice that you have already built a charge of lightning in your hand, I instead of running away from you approach you head on of course my this act takes you by surprise, I at the time of charging create a magnetic field around me so as to stay safe from your lightning attack but of course you can't tell that as there are no physical change and there are no need of hand seal it's rather instantaneous, I charge right through your lightning bolts and land a right upper cut using my right hand on your lower part of chin, it becomes rather impossible for you to avoid it thanks to the fact that the distance between us is as good as no and you are carrying a lightning charge in your hand therefor you can't just suddenly change your chakra nature or do anything fancy, as you are sent flying back in a rather unconscious manner, I simply charge towards you while and slam you with a wind style rasengan in your torso thus inflicting very deep cut's to your body and you lay there on the verge of death.
Gitanshu to Ice-san --- I like this, I can only expect you to duel with your life on the line and that is why I admire you man.

As I see you running at great pace toward my direction, I realize that you must have avoided the needles due to your great pace so I start to track you though I find it hard but I do manage to deduce that you are not coming towards me, due to the fact at a certain time your approaching sound decreases but still I am not able to react to it and as you stand right beside me to my left, I notice that you have already built a charge of lightning in your hand, I instead of running away from you approach you head on of course my this act takes you by surprise, I at the time of charging create a magnetic field around me so as to stay safe from your lightning attack but of course you can't tell that as there are no physical change and there are no need of hand seal it's rather instantaneous, I charge right through your lightning bolts and land a right upper cut using my right hand on your lower part of chin, it becomes rather impossible for you to avoid it thanks to the fact that the distance between us is as good as no and you are carrying a lightning charge in your hand therefor you can't just suddenly change your chakra nature or do anything fancy, as you are sent flying back in a rather unconscious manner, I simply charge towards you while and slam you with a wind style rasengan in your torso thus inflicting very deep cut's to your body and you lay there on the verge of death.

As I see my technique fail, along with your quick uppercut coming towards me, I turn my body, making a sweeping motion with my leg, knocking you off balance as you swing, effectively dodging your punch while in mid air, you feel your being blown away as the charge of lightning from my hand explodes towards you, tossing you away from me

The moment I see that you are going for a sweep, I realize that my uppercut will not be able to connect mainly because your leg range is greater than my hand's range, so I undergo a change of plans in that one second window, I pull my hand upwards in an X formation and all of a sudden wind start to cover my entire body and I also gain addition speed, the moment you make contact with me you get deep cut at your leg and that is if you are able to keep up with the fast flowing currents[I will have ample time to use this technique, as it requires no hand seal plus I use the air around me instead of releasing it, hence the source of technique is already around me.] as you either suffer from deep cuts or are blown off and worst scenario possible you will cut yourself loose balance and you start to get repel, I approach you at even great pace and power which you can't possibly react in your present state and land a punch right at the center of your stomach using my right hand, you will start to bleed the moment I strike you and will fall down on you knees due to the impact, I then pull out my sword out it's sheath.
