Well honestly i think wind is awesome and extremely useful in battle against any element as long as its used correctly. Fuuton can be very versatile in battle While weak against Fire Do to the fire Being fueled by the oxygen in the air it is strong against Raiton Because air is a natural Insulator for electricity and can be used together with Suiton to increases the waters concussive and overall destructive power. overall fuuton is just an awesome element.

Hmm in battle huh?
Well i'd probably use it against Raiton, and use it with either Katon or Suiton as both increases the Power of the attack.
