I take the fan you hand me and infuse my wind chakra into it. I then swing the giant fan vertically whilst releasing the chakra and using nature transformation to make It like wind. The wind travels forward and when it hits your clone i use shape manipulation and the wind whips up in a tornado like fashion lifting your clone in the air. The clone is then shocked by three bolts of lightning simultainiously.
Pros: it moves my opponent so I could easily do something to the ground to hurt him
Cons:needs a fan, no short range

Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

Focus your chakra and perform the necessary hand seals, Rat → Rabbit → Dog. Then deep a large breath, and exhale several small, but powerful blasts of wind. Release them so they cover a large width-wise area. The blasts of wind should look like little bullets. Launch the bullets at my clone.

I suck in a deep breath filling my lungs with air. And performing the required handseals I then mold my chakra and mix it with the air in my lungs much like I mix my water chakra with real water. I then exhale releasing the stored up chakra. I then use my shape manipulation to shape my chakra into miniature bullets that I spray out horizontally . The bullets fly forwards at great speeds and make miniature explosions on contact. They strike your clone across the belly making it disperse.
Pros: a pretty fast jutsu high killin potential, quite and a good jutsu to use in the beginning b/c you dot have to get close
Cons: it's a technique you have to focus on to keep working so if your opponent attacked you it would disrupt the jutsu
