Okay so just gazing over your previous training session, I can see that you have learnt the basics of Wind Release, though I want to expand on that. Seeing as you have prior knowledge of the element I'm not going to be as easy on you as someone who's completely new to it.

When we refer to the Wind element, what is it? What relationships does Wind have with the other basic five elements? What happens when they collide or work together? Why is it you want Wind? How would you plan on using it?

We'll start with this so I know exactly where you're at.

What is Wind release
Wind release is one of the basic five of the elements. Wind is release by your chakra as sharp and thin as possible. Wind is known mainly for offensive purposes being able to generate powerful force and a very accurate cut. Wind is mainly channeled through air circulation which means it can easily be used in any position and area. Wind can also be channeled into weapons by generating and channeling the wind chakra through the weapon and making it as thin and powerful as possible it can improve the cutting and overall power of the weapon.

Wind and its relation with the other natures
Strength: Wing is powerful against lighting since its considered a natural electrical insulator is will completely render lighting useless.
Weakness: Wind is sadly weak against fire since fire feeds off of the oxygen in the air, It causes the flames to become stronger and over power the wind technique and hurting yourself.
Combinations Wind can be used to fuel a fire technique to power up the flames power and making it increase in range and flames. It can also be in conjuction with water to increase the water's power and speed drastically but it can also back fire if you add to much wind power it can cut and ruin the shape of the water leaving it useless.
KKG: It is apart of the KKG of Ice release and apart of Dust release.

Why I want
Wind is a very powerful tool and can be used in many great ways for battle. It is great for defense to slice and water or earth techs. It can cancel out lighting and can be used greatly with fire giving it an amazing amount of power. I think wind matches me pretty good. I like accurate and attacks that cover a wide range of area which is something I like to use in battle and think it is great for combos.

How do I plan on using it
Wind is great to use in a wide range but its length mostly goes up to mid range at most. So mainly in close-mid range battle, to cut and get my opponent off guard. For a lot of defense as well since it can easily cut through water making it lose shape and render is useless. Same with earth as well cutting the rock up. Lets not forget it also takes lighting with ease. Also with combo with fire mostly to increase its power so I can also use long range attacks. I will also channel wind through weapons increase power in the weapon for example a kunai or even a sword.

Users
- People who use wind release, Naruto Uzumaki, Asuma Sarutobi, Danzou, and Temari.

You've got the basics down I can see that, though there's a few things I want to help you out with.

Wind chakra itself is usually defined as being incredibly sharp which you've mentioned, but Wind is more than just sharp cutting chakra. A lot of the techniques covered in Wind involves tornadoes, and other things which aren't just made for cutting. A tornado of wind has the power to pull in things if strong enough, making them dangerous for everyone on the field.

Speaking of the weaknesses and strengths, what would happen if a Wind jutsu and a Fire jutsu of the same rank collide with each other?

I understand what you are saying.

When a wind tech and a fire tech meet of the same rank meet basically the fire will feed off of the wind and increase in rank while the wind become totally overpowered.
Example: If a C-rank fire tech and C-rank Wind tech collide the fire now becomes B-rank and overpowers the wind.

That's only about half-right. While it's true that Fire is stronger against Wind, it's only when they're working together that the fire strengthens and becomes a Fire/Wind combo. When the two techniques collide against each other, the Wind acts like it's trying to put out the fire, and thus the fire doesn't really get weaker or stronger. That's the consensus of what happens when they collide.
But basically it's good to remember the general rule for weakness that to the element it's strong against, you can use a rank lower to fight against it, but with a weakness you need to use a rank higher than it to cancel it out.

B-Rank Fire -> B-Rank Wind
C-Rank Fire == B-Rank Wind
B-Rank Fire == A-Rank Wind
C-Rank Fire <- A-Rank Wind

So in order to fight Fire using only Wind, you would need to use a jutsu two ranks higher than it to overpower it, or they'll cancel each other out.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask at any stage but we'll move on to something else if you don't have any.

Alright then, we can move on.

Before we start though, I'd like to add a little disclaimer that my style of teaching isn't well, conventional. I'm not going to ask you to perform each and every technique, but work with a more theory based approach. We'll talk about the techniques together, as well as any other things you want to know about. This'll more include grouping techniques together, finding the best techniques for the best outcomes and providing you with different scenarios in which you'd have to use these techniques.

If there's no questions, we'll start with just one technique.

(Fūton: Daitoppa) - Wind Release: Great Break Through
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: This is a relatively simple technique that when the user performs the following hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake they create a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.
This is a great technique to use just because of it's size. Even though it lacks destructive power like other techniques, it's incredibly large and strong enough to blow down a tree.
Given these circumstances, I don't want you to tell me how you perform it but more how it works, fleshing it out if you will. How do you think this technique is made? Which terrains do you think this technique would work best in?

Okay how about we use this type of template ^__^
I use this with most of my senpai teachings I think it would be best of course if you want we can change it.

Advantages:
- This jutsu can be used in any range which is great for any type of attack.
- This can be greatly used in conjunction with a fire technique for a great combo.
- If used by a powerful shinobi can easily knock down a tree and blow anything in sight .

Disadvantages:
- Due to the hand seals it would be wise not use this jutsu in close range for you can be caught of guard.
- Its straight forward wind attack which is attacked directly towards an opponent, You can dodge it by moving left or right or even blow yourself above which will be dodging effectively.

Usage:
- This jutsu can be used in many ways and in a lot of place. The terrain can be almost anywhere but I think it would be best to used in a sandy field that way you can use the wind and direct it towards the sand covering the area and blinding the opponent. Great to use to push an opponent back or catch him off guard. Also not to mention its ability to using it with fire would be great and fast depending on where your range is.

Would you like to use something like this or switch up a bit?

Well I'd prefer that you'd not use a template as my training style is different and doesn't fare well with a template, and just do as I ask of you instead of your own thing.

Just a couple of things though:
You're right on the fact that this is a technique which only has a straight trajectory, but it's not exactly small; it's a big technique which travels to long range. It's like a tunnel which constantly has wind shooting through it, so it's pretty big. This is the technique used against Team 7 in the Chunin exams, where there was a huge squall of wind coming from nowhere, before Naruto was eaten by the snake.

Just note that there's two ways to use this technique, the smaller is the one to use to get ignited by a flame.

Your terrain choice is ideal, but not exactly the best thing to use. There's a D-Rank jutsu which does the same thing and is more effective. Though the idea of using the sand to your advantage is pretty neat, I hope you keep that in mind in future endeavors.
I would personally keep this to refined spaces, like using this technique to follow a technique used to trap someone like Earth, or in a dense forest. The less area for them to run, the more likely you are for hitting them with this technique. ^^

With that in mind, let's talk about this more. Using the first method of this technique, what possible combinations could you think of to use this in battle? Remember everything counts, what you have on you and around you.

Some combo's I guess you can say that I would use is...

- Since the jutsu is more about impact instead of cutting, at least that is what it seems. I would use water technique then blow the wind towards it, Not to strong though, so it doesn't lose shape but good enough so the water technique can improve in speed and overall power.

- Well The jutsu purpose can also be used to push and opponent back and catch him off guard. While off guard there you can strike him how you like. For example I would use the jutsu to blow the opponent back and have him fall, Then release a mud river under him, This will then catch him and slow down movement because of the mud, I can then do what I want from there like kill him with a simple Kunai.

- Another great one and might have me waste less chakra is throwing some ninja weapons (Kunai,Shurikens) towards my opponent. Then blow them with this technique so they can go farther and faster.

- The jutsu is also great to change the terrain up and mess around with it to your liking. If done correctly it can be great for me but bad for an opponent. Example I would try to knock the tree's down around me distracting him. While he is distracted and trying to avoid the trees from hitting him. I can perform a finishing technique.

This stuff including the things I already said with the fact you can ignite fire with the wind.

I hope I got everything down right ^__^

Pretty much right on all accounts, the technique is used more for impact and not for cutting, which is the second way Wind techniques are used. I liked how you used the terrain to your advantage, that's a big thing to take into account with any form of battle, not just specific techniques.

With that out of the way, we'll move onto more techniques, shall we? ^^

(Fūton: Kamaitachi no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Sickle Weasel Technique
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: User creates a whirlwind of slicing wind. Originally used by Temari with her fan, there is a way to create this jutsu without a weapon. Performing quickly handseals, the user will gather his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sharp gust of wind, which in conjunction with the handseals will create a gust of violent slashing wind. The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

(Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 15(+3)
Damage Points: 30(+5 for each addition wind vortex)
Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can increase the direction and power of the technique to the maximum as a last resort.

(Fūton: Kujaku Senpū) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they swing it to create a powerful whirlwind of gusts of wind by releasing the wind chakra in sync with the swing of the sword.

(Futon: Joushou Arashi Kabe no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Rising Tempest Wall Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will first strike their target into the air with their Giant folding fan or Giant War fan and then follow up with releasing a blast of wind pushing the target back. Normal users can release a blast of wind to send them back if they do not possess a Giant folding fan or Giant war fan.

(Futon: Ressenpū) - Wind Release: Violent Whirlwind
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user gushes a powerful stream of wind from their mouth towards their enemy.
These are all the C-Rank techniques which I would consider to use the "impact" method of Wind jutsu. We'll talk about this a little later, but I want you to rearrange these techniques in order of what you think is the most helpful for you, and why you chose this order. If you have any questions regarding the techniques, don't be afraid to ask.

Okay seems simple enough

1st- (Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance
- You don't even need to move around because you can direct the wind however you want it in any direction, Making it extremely flexible. It can also go up to any range. This makes the jutsu a very difficult one to avoid. Its only 3 hand seals so it would quite fast to perform as well. This are the main reasons why its the best one.
Question:Do I have to have petals or flowers around the terrain to perform the jutsu how its supposed to be?

2nd- (Fūton: Kamaitachi no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Sickle Weasel Technique
- I saw this in the anime and its quite handy, Very strong it can even blow the enemy off his/her feet. The user can direct the blow any where they want, So they can attack and opponent but also the terrain as well. Can even create deep cuts which can seriously injure the opponent. It only works though short-mid, which is the main reason I could not put this jutsu first place but it is debatable.

3rd- (Fūton: Kujaku Senpū) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind
- Well It is very good for impact and can be used to cut up an opponent as well. You need to have a sword though. Also when I saw this in the anime, The attack was very straight forward, Easy to dodge. Its fast to utilize because it requires no hand seals. But I think it isn't that powerful.

4th- (Futon: Ressenpū) - Wind Release: Violent Whirlwind
- Okay well it is good for impact of course and I think it would best be used with terrain damage, I also see that you can use fire with it. But its not the strongest jutsu and very straight forward. It mostly used to push an opponent back then too attack him.

5th- (Futon: Joushou Arashi Kabe no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Rising Tempest Wall Technique
-If you had a fan then the rank would be higher but, Me how I am, I don't have one and frankly don't really want one. So if you were to used this jutsu without the fan then all its really good for is to push the opponent back if he is pressuring you in close range combat. Other then that it isn't the best jutsu. It only works short range, and cause little to no serious damage.

Is my list accurate?

The list isn't about being accurate, it's about what you think is the best jutsu out of the ones provided. While someone might think that the jutsu you chose is the best one, for someone else it could be the last one you chose. I guess it's more about helping the student understand the techniques to the best of their ability, giving them a better insight into the roleplay we participate in as well as helping them find their own style to make them the best they can. :3

Thats... pretty deep now that I think about it xD

As for your question, the petals are summoned so it doesn't really matter what the terrain is. I don't even think it's explained that well in the jutsu but it's safe to assume they come from within the technique similar to hiding weapons and so on.

But yeah, your understanding of the techniques is pretty decent. Just remember that a lot of them are performed differently because of the description. Most of the time Wind jutsu will come from the user's mouth and will use terms like blowing them out or gathering chakra in their lungs. Others like the Flower Scattering Dance will use a summoning method, in which you're converting your wind chakra into a tornado of sorts rather than trying to physically manifest it with a fan or your lungs.

So now that we've covered a little bit about what you think, let's move onto something a little different. I'll present to you a couple of scenarios, or first moves and you choose out of the techniques which would best fit the situation. Again, like the first part of this there's no right or wrong answer but to show your understanding of the jutsu.

If you don't have any questions, we'll move right on.

Alright, moving on then.

(Fūton: Gōkūhō) - Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon

(Fūton: Kami Oroshi) - Wind Release: Godly Wind From The Mountain
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Snake → Ram creates a vortex of wind to blast at a target. It can be used in a combo with Fire Release: Running Fire and Earth Release: Earth Corridor to release a massive inferno at the opponents while they are trapped within the confined space of the earth

(Fūton: Jūha Shō) - Wind Release: Beast Wave Strike
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A powerful technique of wind nature chakra that can cut and slash through any material. The user activates it by summoning chakra in his right hand, and then swipes a slicing chakra wave which appears to be controlled by the users will and thoughts. They are also able to use the technique in a rapid-fire, successive motion creating up to three cresent blades of wind.

(Fūton: Kazekiri) - Wind Style: Wind Cutter
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User will create a slicing wind gust which is used to divide and neutralize a Wind attack launched against him. It splits an incoming wind attack of lower or equal strength and makes it harmless.

(Fūton: Kaze Shingai) - Wind Release: Wind Terror
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user unleashes a wave of wind that slashes at the opponent.

(Fūton: Kaze Rasen Yaiba no justu) - Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user uses their Giant Folding fan or Giant Fan and swing it forwards at the target creating a single spinning disk of wind that ressembles a demon wind shuriken. A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of two hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.

(Futon: Reppuu Bakufuu no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Gale Blast Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will swing their giant folding fan or giant war fan at their target to create a blast of wind sending the target flying, other users can use this technique by making a string of 2 hand seals and releasing their wind chakra to create a blast of wind.
Rest of the C-Rank techniques, again a lot of them are self explanatory, though I don't know why I didn't include some of them in the first lot. >_< Forgive me on that.
A lot of these techniques revolve around the cutting and slashing method, or creating tornados and whirlwinds of Wind, which it's well renowned for. Unlike the impact method which revolves around creating chakra to push objects, these rely more on cutting stuff instead, so very different. Same method, I'd like for you to rearrange the techniques into the order of which you find most helpful and why you chose the order.

Question senpai, Those jutsu's we looked at in the last lot, Can I use them in battle ? Or do we still need to look at some stuff there.

Okay lets see what I can conjure up here...
1- (Fūton: Jūha Shō) - Wind Release: Beast Wave Strike
-Despite the fact you can only used it in short range, It is still very good to use and I believe the best. It complements my style of fighting which circles around speed. The jutsu is very easy and fast to perform and release making it perfect for me. It can cut cleanly as well. You can control the slash to go where ever you want it to go, just by the swing of your hand.

2- (Fūton: Kamikaze) - Wind Release: Divine Wind
- I like using combo's and I think this is a really good one. Creates a lot of tornadoes, Yeah there small but it still has a strong push to the jutsu, Again very fast to perform and with fire jutsu you can improve this jutsu so much. That is the main reason I pick it second. Due to all the tornadoes it will be difficult to evade in short range so the opponent is forced to be pushed back.

3- (Fūton: Kami Oroshi) - Wind Release: Godly Wind From The Mountain
- I think its simple to say, It again complements my style of combo and quick attacks. With out the combo it is still great to use. It can reach to mid range and have a strong push and I believe it can cut as well. But when used with the combo jutsu it makes it a lethal weapon and very fast to perform making it difficult to evade or even block.

4- (Fūton: Kaze Shingai) - Wind Release: Wind Terror
- Almost the same as above really, A little more faster to use and reaches a good range. Can cut through most things of course but the reason I put it up here is despite its speed its a very straight forward jutsu so easy to evade.

5- (Fūton: Kaze Rasen Yaiba no justu) - Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Technique
- It is fast to use with only 2 hand seals and reaches up to mid range. It is cool that you can make a wind disk out of the wind. It has a great cutting ability and can cut through many things. Overall its a simple jutsu.

6- (Fūton: Kazekiri) - Wind Style: Wind Cutter
- A good jutsu to use to defend against other wind jutsu's but really it only can reach short range. Also the most it can neutralize is C-rank Jutsu's and lower. I don't see myself using this jutsu that much.

7- (Fūton: Gōkūhō) - Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon
- This seems more about impact. Well its good to use to push an opponent back who is pressing you, Really I don't think of it as a attack but more of an evading type.It can be used with fire as well.

8- (Futon: Reppuu Bakufuu no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Gale Blast Technique
-Same as above but its a little slower to use because of two hand seals. Again I see this as more of pushing an opponent back not for damage purposes but mainly to catch him off guard and do a combo.

I have no qualms about you using the techniques you've just learnt in battle, though I'd prefer for you to wait until we finish the rank, just so it's easier and I'm not going in a specific order. I'll do that next time to make it so much easier for both of us. xD

Good, your list seems fairly accurate and looks like it revolves around your style of speed, a nice style to choose from. I personally prefer the style of bombardment with multiple jutsu at a time or getting in close so my list would be different from yours, but it's great to know that we're learning about each other. ^^

So the next part of this training is simulation if you will. It'll pretty much be me providing you with possible scenarios you might face in the future. The idea of this is to provide with some experience for using the techniques in battle, so that if you somehow manage to get the technique wrong we'll fix your understanding of the technique and make you stronger in your knowledge. Also this is made to make sure you know of when to use specific techniques and when not to use them. Considering you say your style of battle is speed, I'll try to make stuff up for that as well as throw you out of your comfort zone to help you improve.

That being said, I like to tailor training to the student's needs. Could you please inform me of any special abilities you may have or might be planning to go for in the near future?

I agree, I think its best I finish the whole Rank first before I use them.
Your style is almost the perfect one when it comes to my style. ^__^ We should fight after this training !

I understand what the next step of training is going to be an I'm ready for it !

Now for what i want in the future. Well there is a lot. First thing I should tell you though is I only like to have one bio. I'm not a 2 bio type. I like to make my one bio powerful as I can. Now with that in consideration the things I hope to achieve.

- Storm Release: Matches my style perfectly and its pretty bad ass release, Very flexible and intense. So fast that even one of the gold and silver bros were outstanding with the speed of a storm jutsu Darui performed. Ever since then I always wanted storm release and perfect it. Kinda making it my own.

- Sage Mode: Well I think its a great tool to have especially when it comes to very difficult opponents. I might get a snake sage mode, mainly because the RP community have a lot of sharingan bios and the snake sage is the perfect counter to it. So I will be able to get passed them easily.

- Custom Summon Panther: Nobody has it and you better not steal the idea ! Haha, well panthers are my favorite animals and well there fast as hell and flexible with immense flexibility to catch there prey. Because they are black they are amazing at snick attacks at night. I am working hard on how I will make the summoning and I know it will be awesome for my style.

- Custom Weapon: A sword, Well I haven't thought it out yet how I will make the weapon or what it will be for. Its my last thing on the list i want but still I would like to have one. Mainly one that of course compliments speed and precision.

This are all the main things I want.
