1. Captain America-wanked, I'd give him a "2" position, out of consideration for his popularity.
2. Black Panther-wanked...we'll give black panther a "4"
3. Black Sky-who is that?never heard of him, he's at the bottom, a "10"
4. Winter Soldier- i like his style...he's basically similar to captian america, we'll give him a "3"
5. Spiderman-he's stronger than the first 4, but people certainly discredit him. He's automatically "1"...no wanking needed.
6. Iron Fist- ugh, why does he even exist....he gets a "8"
7. Luke Cage- boring..I'll give him a "7", though
8. Daredevil- he's okay, but nothing extravagant. He deserves a "5"
9. Black Widow- NO! I'll be generous and give her a "6"
10. Punisher- Meh, haven't seen enough of him. I'll give him a "9"

Don't know or care enough about the others to include them. A LOOOOT of these can be swapped around, the MCU is very situational and conditional.
