Hello dear RPers. As you could've already noticed, I recently became a sensei and that means that I get to have a senpai who will help me teach and introduce new RPers to our RP system. I must remind you that being a sensei or senpai isn't a small thing. It is an honor, but you have to deserve it and with all that it has its own burdens. Before you apply, I need you to read and understand a few things. I take the whole senpai business very seriously because your actions also affect me. This is why I will be very picky when choosing one and I expect you to give your best shot because you might not get another one. Now, a senpai is a step towards becoming an official sensei. You get the knowledge about how to train people and you get the experience which greatly improves your chances. Not only that, you increase your verbal skills and make a lot of friends in this process. People that will cheer for you and wish you all the best when you finally decide to take your own sensei test. Now, as you already came to the conclusion, I won't take you as a senpai if you're not willing to become a sensei one day. However, to become a sensei you need great knowledge about the techniques and how our RP works. You need to have battle experience and the will to train, to progress and to keep pushing your limits. As my senpai, I want you to understand that your student is everything. He's your baby and it's your job to help him step on his feet. To do this, you need to know for sure that you will be able to, consciously and maturely handle the job, be frequent and efficient. If you think you might get bored after a period of time or decide to stop for no solid reasons then don't bother applying. The only valid reason to prevent you from doing your senpai job would be RL issues, and by this I don't mean your boredom or lack of interest. By copying this template, you agree to everything mentioned above and you agree that you're not doing it for "fame" or for the "lulz". You agree that you will take the sensei test upon getting the requirements and the required experience. The requirements to apply are as follows: completed training with at least three elements and being a respectful and rule-following member. This means that if you have a bad record of rule violations (infractions, bans, etc.) you will most likely not be considered as a candidate. Now, shoot away.

, these took place at around two months after I had started RPing so I guess it's not a really a good way to determine my current skill.
Previous senpai experience (if any): No previous senpai experience.
Why do you want to teach people: Seeing some of the people whom I had known for a while attain senseiship has inspired me to begin teaching myself. At first I was reluctant to do so for fear of not meeting the standards expected of an instructor, however I believe that through teaching I can not only help those in need of guidance and instruction, but also grow as a RPer all the while. My favorite method of teaching will always be in depth RP, first introduced to me by Kiritsugu; This method of teaching not only reduces the tedious and repetitive process of simple template filling, but simultaneously provides the student with the ability to better their grammar and as a result, their descriptive abilities. In the end, it is ultimately the want for me to connect with people through training whilst RPing coupled with answering their doubts and questions that has sparked my interest in teaching.
Why do you think I should chose you: My aspiration to eventually become a sensei in addition to my willingness to not only teach properly, but learn things through out the experience myself are some positive factors. As said earlier I have little fighting experience, however, using

as an example gives you an idea of the level of role playing and grammar that I'm at. Perhaps if you would like to gauge my abilities in RP combat as of now we could have a spar.

Why do you want to teach people:
- Honestly, i don't want to teach for no benefits. I just want to teach so that the new and upcoming Rpers can have a spot at this "Rp Division" O_O. Many times senseis and other sempais are too busy to teach them, so i want to be that guy that they come to. I want to be the sempai everyone talks about like; "Hey, go to venom! He will teach you, he doesn't say no to new Rpers, and he love teaching", so yeah you get my point right? Cool I won’t take over a hundred students per element, unless I really, really, really have nothing to do for like a month? Then sure Lolz. I will take at least two students per element, and teach them alone. So I can prioritize on one student at a time, duel training doesn’t really work imo, because they simply c/p each other’s reply >_>” which makes no sense.

Why do you think I should chose you:
- Choose me because I am very sexy and have a nice figure :| No no, but on a serious note i know everyone applying here will all be good candidates. So i won't say no reason for you to pick me, its your choice whom you deem worthy. U_U

Why do you want to teach people: The dictionary defines “teaching” as the ability to impact knowledge or skill unto someone, and this is exactly what I aim to do, right from start when I begun to role play on this great site, I always aspired to hold a position in the role play teaching system which was mainly either to become a sempai or a sensei and finally I think I am ready, I have learnt a lot since I started both battle wise and jutsu wise, but the main thing which was instrumental in my deciding to be a sempai/sensei was a certain thread which I partook in back then in the later months of 2011, the thread was addressed towards sensei and their lack of training and commitment to the role play and how students found it hard to get trainings and what not, and as at that time I like many other role players found it difficult to get a sensei/sempai and was often left frustrated at times, I was getting tired of the constant rejections and “no, im full” response I got from most sensei or sempai and I made a promise to myself that when I do hold a position in our role-play teaching system that I would do my best to try to purge out this “epidemic” that I would do my best to take on as many students as I can because I knew how rejection felt and how constantly being told no was frustrating, over my stay here at Narutobase I have been trained by many of the greats both mods and members alike and I had always aspired to be one of them to impact knowledge unto many new role players and be able to one day proudly raise my head up high and say “yes he was my student” that I had nurtured someone and had been so instrumental in them becoming something huge in the role play is all the reward and self satisfaction I need.

Why do you think I should chose you: To be honest, the truth is that I could list a thousand reasons and answers on why I feel you should choose me, but to spare you the time, I won’t, everyone applying here has the ability to teach in my opinion and may even have more loads of experience than I have off this moment but one thing which I have until today is “total commitment” to anything I set my sights on, I am in this for the long haul not a temporarily “fling” because I am bored or what not, but I want the experience, or rather, I need the experience, like I always say I see sempaiship as a gateway to sensei ship somewhat of a rite of passage that one undergoes, and such is want i need, I fully plan on becoming a sensei in the future and though having met the stipulated requirements to apply I have refused to do so as I feel I still need teaching experience. I am very much an active role player and spend an average of 5-6 hours daily here and if chosen I promise to carry out this job to the best of my abilities, I have respect for the law and the rules and I have a good conduct on the forum, nor do I have any reputation of being a trouble maker or having a track record of infractions, in fact, up till to date I have only received four infractions of which two were rescinded and those were in my earlier years, those days are long gone, I am well aware that becoming a sempai isn’t a day’s job, as I have to live up not only to your expectations but most importantly to the standard of the role play, if chosen I vouch to carry out this job to the best of my abilities and teach the students properly and guide them on the right path like someone once did for me, it’s been fun typing this out. Why do you think I should chose you: I'm a dedicated person, if i set my eyes on a goal, i play it out, so as senpai i won't falter. Also, if i happen not to pass my sensei test, i'd still love to teach

Why do you want to teach people: Copied from my Sensei application "Well simply put, ever since I joined the role-play I wanted to be a sensei, and now after a long journey of training and fighting I think it is time to apply for the test. Also I have prior experience in training as an Ice Shishou, so I think I would make a good Sensei, and in becoming a sensei i would be helping out fellow members, and maybe possibly raise the generation of boss role-players who wish to actually role-play. Why do you think I should chose you: I wonder about that myself. Anyway this is the part where people would be self praising, you're not going to get any from me.

Why do you want to teach people: Ive always had an interest in it and since I first started Rp'ing its been one of my goals to eventually become a sensei. Not only that I like to teach people things in RL and it seems to be just as fun if not more on here. I also want to give back to the community in any way I can since Ive gotten all this training I feel that I should.
Why do you think I should chose you: Well one of your requirements was that you wanted a well behaved member, in my time on NB Ive yet to receive even an infraction Im also on NB on and off all day nearly everyday. Id also be replying to my students at least once every day or two depending on whats going on in RL.

Previous senpai experience (if any): None. I have not been a sempai before nor a shishou.
Why do you want to teach people: I would like to teach because i really like the idea, and also i like the responsibility that comes with it. During the time my training was almost complete, i wanted to teach, cause in the process of me learning from my teacher i began to love what they did and how they taught me, Mathias sensei especially, He was my first sensei and after training with him twice, i knew i wanted to teach because i liked how he taught me. I liked how we had fun going through each techniques properly and the responsibility he put upon himself to correct me whenever i made a mistake in performing a technique. Therefore, I would like to teach not just because i like the idea and obviously fallen in love with the responsibility that comes with it. I would like to teach because i know i would excel in it, it will also aid me in reaching my true goal which is to become a sensei and finally; to help either new RP'ers or old to utilise jutsu's better, which will aid in stopping arguments in the battle arena.
Why do you think I should chose you: I think you should choose me as your sempai because i am a good member though i have been infracted on but that was once and it was in 2012 and that was the time i started RP-ing and i was trying to get used to NB. I have never been infracted upon since then. i want you to pick me as your sempai because as you stated that you would want someone who is willing to become a sensei eventually, i'm hoping that by picking me you would have time to help me train for the sensei exam(spars and questions i have), so i dont want to be just your sempai but rather your apprentice, in the case of training students, why I would like to be chosen is because I would use a certified training template to teach them and with proper explanations of each technique, if you have one i'm likely to use yours being that I would be known as your sempai, but if you have none(I don't know cause i've never trained under you) then i'm likely to use mathias sensei's template Or even create one and run it through you first, before usage and finally because i think that we would get along just fine.

11-5 with countless that have ended prematurely due to one party merely stopping. Also, please bear in mind that a few of my losses have been for characterisation purposes

Why do you want to teach people:
The prospect of teaching is in all honesty the only reason I'm still on this site.

I like helping people, nothing more complicated than that.

I'm training to be a teacher (of sorts) at university so even this experience (all be it, different) could prepare me for what it is that I want to do. I've been taught on this site by so many incredibly highly sought after sensei so I know what works and what doesn't, as well as this I have many ideas for things I'd like to introduce should I get the opportunity. Beyond this, the sites training should prepare upcomers not only for fighting but for the RP itself. And that, I believe, is where I'll excel. Honestly, through all the hype over me I never really liked fighting. What interested me was and is telling a characters story in the world, I fought because we have to fight in order for our characters to progress. If I can help bring forth a generation of not only skilled fighters but also skilled RP'ers in terms of characterisation and story telling ill be one happy girl.

Also, we need more female teachers.

Why do you think I should chose you:
I want you to choose me because you genuinely believe I could do the job you're looking for your sempai to do, if you don't feel that way, don't pick me ^_^

Approximate number of battles and the W/L ratio: It's really common to have many unfinished battles. So if I've had 20 battles then it'll be a 12/8 (W/L) ratio.
Previous senpai experience (if any): N/A
Why do you want to teach people: I want to because I feel obligated to do so. Throughout my RP career, I have, through hardwork and determination, gained considerable knowledge about the battle, training and roleplaying system in general. I have also received advice and coaching from reputable roleplayers both directly and indirectly which has helped me get to were I am today. Without such people there to nuture me into maturity, I may have quit long ago. But since they were relentless in helping me succeed, I can't see why I shouldn't do the same―help others get firm footing in our RP. In a nutshell, I want to be a driving force that pushes younglings that come under my wing to success.
Why do you think I should chose you: Definitely, my RP career does not end here, with achieving the senpaiship title. I see senpaiship as a stepping stone to a huge door of roleplaying opportunities and a means to fine-tune my RP skills and knowledge so as to get me prepared for my goal of becoming a sensei. I am able, willing and ready to put in my best for this position as my schedule permits. Hence, I want you to pick me because I want to work with you to further my senseiship goal as I don't plan on being your senpai forever.

Approximate number of battles and the W/L ratio: Too many to count, but i have only finished a hand ful so i'll go with a safe 8:9 "roughly"

Why do you want to teach people: I wish to become a teacher irl. I don't enjoy battling here anymore due to the lack of rping and overall morale of the rpers around now. So a majority of my time would be devoted to training. I want nothing more then to become a sensei, and i'd be happy even if you considered me.

Why do you think I should chose you: Well let's see, you were my second teacher. One of my only teachers to fully master anything for me. As i said previously my time out of all that would apply would be the greatest since i'm not tied down by battles.

Aside from my terrible track record here with 2 mods in particular, people do respect me and i have many friends here. SO i'd like to believe my previous bans and infractions could be overlooked by the fact that the majority likes me rather then one or 2 mods. Interesting fact, i haven't been infracted in nearly 2 months. Partially due to the fact i was banned for a month and the hack, but that's not the point. Pick me, i has sweg>_>

Approximate number of battles and the W/L ratio: More wins than losses. I came 2nd in Konoha's recent official tournament, which granted me Fuuinjutsu experience, which you judged.

Why do you want to teach people: Because I enjoy teaching. I am a teacher in real life for my church, was pleaded to become a teacher. I enjoy seeing the faces of my children as their brains are sponges waiting for the proper nourishment. So in essence, I really get a sense of self-satisfaction of being able to employ knowledge upon others and seeing them develop and mature as time goes on. It's really an amazing seeing the seeds that you sown are blossoming in to beautiful flowers. So yes, I do feel like I have something worthwhile to pass on to those who have just started with the NB RP, or have not mastered the basic 5.

Why do you think I should chose you: I think you should choose me because I feel I have the right level of maturity, respect towards NB as a forum, and to its members. I also feel that I have the necessary drive and commitment that would you would expect of your own senpai. I have never been banned ever from NB, only receiving 1 infraction in total, and that was for a double post. I think you should choose me, as I say again, I feel I can prove to you that I indeed can work hard, I am very committed also, and am also respectful. I have never been MIA from NB unless it was due to medical reasons (Only two times I was inactive were due to two surgeries I had to undertake), so my activity shouldn't be of a worry. I promise also that I will follow any rules or guidelines that you would give me, for example how many students I can take and so on.
I have applied for the sensei test but was declined and was told to become a senpai first...

I can promise that I won't embarrass you in any way, and that you will be proud to say: That's my senpai.

Why do you want to teach people: For me the most enjoyable years of my RP career was the start.This was because everything is new to you and you want to learn everything you can.Even tho this may only be a Rp the people that taught me when I first started I looked up to deeply.I had so much fun learning of every person that taught me and I want to replicate this feeling to my students.There are people that taught me when I first started that I have a huge amount of respect for even if I have not spoken to them in conversation.They would make you feel welcomed and that they are your friend even if they only spoke to you during training.This is something I want others to feel about me when I train them.
Why do you think I should chose you: I think the majority of this reason was stated above.But I just want to improve so that I can take the next step and become a Sensei.I was a Senpai before under Zanji and as much as i am grateful for him giving me the chance I did not learn an allot from him as I usually taught more students than he did.What I am hoping to gain from this is experience and also to learn from you.I will admit that I am not ready to take the Sensei test and if you do give me this chance I hope that you could make me a better Rper.
