Mayuri's drugs and the Sharingan's Izanami

In the latest Bleach 593, the drug Mayuri used on Hitsugaya seems very similar to Izanami. Though I just began bleach and skipped some episodes but since I just began from Aizen's battles I dont really know who Mayuri is or how powerful he really is.

If your going to go within all this detail you should know that many of the recent scenarios and scenes From naruto are a rip of from bleach....... Also what people should realize is that mayuris drug thing is nothing new, and has been around since the "hollow" arc. You all should rewatch/read bleach and you would see that mayuri has used a technique somewhat similar to the one now against the espada. Those two techniques are that of Time manipulation and are somewhat similar
