Ulquiorra High difficulty.
I know Mayuri has some great inventions and gadgets that can come in handy as he is a genius, but I don't think all the prepping in the world will help him or his vice captain once Ulquiorra hits the 2nd transformation. his regenerative skills are just too strong for Mayuri, though I don't want to underestimate Mayuri's intellect.
Between him and Nemu, they stand a slight chance but in the end i give this to Ulquiorra

depends on info and prep time. none, and mayuri loses. loads, and mayuri wins. this holds true for all characters in the manga.

Definitly Ulquiorra will win...he has way more power than Mayuri and he always research about his opponent before fight. so no tactice will surprise him. even though Nemu will come to mayuri's aid he'll still lose. coz Ulquiorra doesn't care about anything except himself. he'll finish nemu in one blow.

Lol how do you prepare for myuri?..what is he gone research about? He won't even find out about myuri poison an medicine's...an his Bankai will automatically counter anything ulquiorra has sense that's the purpose of it now..ulquiorra loses.
An if they have Intel on each other than ulquiorra really loses.

OK...i agree with you he won't find out about myuri poison an medicine's...but for his poisons n medicines to get to work mayuri always needed a bait that is nemu...and for his poisons to work the opponent has to come in contact with nemu as u know he kept different poisons in different parts of nemu..what i m saying is ulquiorra is one of the cold hearted person.so he won't even think once before killing her.he will kill nemu with his cero blast before she would make a move... after that it's between him and mayuri..so it could go either way..but as we have seen while fighting with ichigo, ulquiorra's techniques were far more stronger than ichigo even with is hollow mask on..than ichigo transformed in to a complete hollow and won the match..
That's why i sided with Ulquiorra...coz ichigo is powerful than mayuri...

Mayuri can win. Since the war arc began, he's shown that he gains knowledge by analyzing his opponent in battle while fighting them, rather than getting the knowledge before the fight even begins. His recent feats in agility and reactions show that he can handle Ulquiorra's high speed. His Shikai can paralyze Ulquiorra so long as it screams for 4 seconds, which won't be hard to accomplish. His Bankai unleashes a poison that bypasses Ulquiorra's durability and regeneration. Although Mayuri is inferior to Ulquiorra in CQC, he is well capable of handling himself in close quarters situations with his various gadgets and tech. And there are only two things Ulquiorra can throw at him that'd one-shot him: Cero Oscuras and Lanza. The latter sucks at aim and Mayuri can discern the best way to evade it anyway. The former is more troublesome, but it can be assumed that Mayuri knows about the technique.
Yeah, back in the Heuco Mundo arc. Vizard Bankai Ichigo would be fodder material to mayuri as he is now who was able to handle an Elite Quincy and take out several zombified captains.

Lol what? Sense when does he need nemu in order to poison you or use his medicines? Did you not watch his fight with zombie hitsugiya? He used his medicine out of nowhere...an he can counter any blade swing with his sensor in his zanpacto,...an no he's not attacking nemu right away cuz while myuri is fighting she will be standing back an watching waiting for a chance to strike if it looks like myuri is going to lose...an also his Bankai can also spit out poison As well..I'm still trying to figure out where you got the fact that he needs to use nemu as bait?

I can't believe the Ulq hype is still this out of control, you all know, understand and accept new Ichigo would mutilate Ulq right? And you know Mayuri was stronger than Ichigo when Ichigo lost that match anyway right? Just because Ichigo got beat then doesn't mean a captain would be beat.

ok....what about the fight with the fight with Szayelaporro Granz...how did he get poisoned???? or uryu...it's not like mayuri was losing....she just jump off and hold onto uryu so that mayuri can put his poison in him..

Ok...than tell me this in hueco mundo how did he gather intel about Szayelaporro Granz???was he fighting him??? Oops...no...he planted a virus in uryu's body so he can watch Szayelaporro Granz's technique...n what about when he fought with uryu...did he gather the intel while fighting??? no...he gathered it previously...what about the fight with sawatari....when he reached SS mayuri was folowing him for intel...and dude when you said in the begining that mayuri gather intel while fighting the opponent...in the last sentence how can you assume that mayuri know about the technique????lol..

not sure who sawatari is, but since he sounds like a non-existent/filler/non-canon character, he's irrelevant.
Because.....
1. The guy studied the Arrancars extensively after beating Szayel, and a powerful technique that can be used by all of the Espada would have been made known to him through his research
2. The fact that he wasn't far away when R1 Yammy was charging his Cero Oscuras.

but in both the cases nemu was kind of a medium for mayuri's poison to take effect..i am not saying mayuri is weak...he is a captain of the 13 court guard squad...he is strong that's why he is a captain..but fact is fact that he use nemu as a media for his poison...
