Looks: Mayuri is a quite unique looking man. His face is almost constantly painted white with black across his eyes. Gold cup-like things cover his ears and his hat extends out to the side. He wears a large white haori with black underneath. Nemu has purple hair and blue eyes and wears the same black clothing as Mayuri but with a short skirt instead of the pants. Mayuri is the main body.
Personality: An eccentric and somewhat sadistic scientist best describes Mayuri's personality. He uses archaic and brutal methods to conduct his research such as killing and then dissecting his victims. Despite this he is still a brilliant scientist. His attitude towards Nemu is quite indifferent as he sees her as nothing more than a tool. Nemu on the other hand is incredibly quiet speaking only when spoken to. She is totally loyal to Mayuri and will do whatever he asks of her regardless of any risk to her own health.

Background Info.
History: Mayuri and Nemu were born as twins in Amegakure where their mother had been in hiding for several years. They quickly grew up and discovered their secret kekkei genkai. Mayuri had always excelled beyond what Nemu was capable of which led to him looking down on her while Nemu always strived to impress him. This has led to her being completely obedient to Mayuri while he still looks down on her. While in Amegakure the two were taught by a talented Amegakure shinobi named Akiza. She taught them the majority of what they now know, including the secret rain style of Amegakure.
Mayuri began reading books about the sciences on a daily basis. The information intrigued him but he eventually learned all he could from the pages. To further his knowledge he began to conduct his own experiments. In the lawless region of Amegakure it was easy to acquire new specimens as people tended to "go missing" every day. Mayuri continued to conduct his research, but soon ran out of unique test subjects in Amegakure. Because of this he decided to explore the world searching for more subjects to dissect and more information to learn.
He and Nemu eventally came to Konoha where Mayuri set up his own personal research lab. After several years of living in Konoha, Mayuri was named the Sandaime Hokage after the Nidaime went a little crazy. Shortly after, the two crossed paths with a man named "Nexus" who had some intriguing medical knowledge. Mayuri asked to recieve training in the medical arts and Nexus accepted the plea. He is currently still being trained in the medical arts.
Other
Smoke Launchers: Mayuri has single barreled wrist launchers under his forearm that are concealed by his white haori. Over the years he has become very proficient at smoke based techniques. Due to his training using these methods he has been able to achieve movements that are silent to the normal human ear.
Ashisogi Jizo: This is Mayuri's odd looking sword which he keeps sheathed on the front part of his waist. The sword is a deformed trident with curved, serpentine blades, the middle blade is straighter and longer than the side blades and appear to ascend from the guard which is shaped like a baby's head with hands clasped in prayer (as Ksitigarbha is depicted), all mounted on his sword's normal hilt which has more ornate spiky protrusions on either side, which resemble golden leaves right below the guard. It has no special abilities.
