I believe that by the end of the Manga Mayori Kurotsuchi will die. He deserves to die, but it's more than that. We can't end the story knowing that he'll keep torturing people to death and abusing Nemu. He is basically the Orochimaru of the Soul Society, (but not as cool) and I don't even know why they allow him to live, let alone be a captain.

Mayori is the Scientist Gotei 13 Captain. he is the one that wears the weird head gear that looks all egyptian-ish (not the Fox face captain). He is one sadistic b4st4rd thats for sure, but he has a purpose, he was Urahara's Lt when Urahara was the captain of that same squad and leader of the science department before the Vizard incident and Aizen framing him.
