Rule 1: An Uchiha with MS has his eyes transplanted into the host of another MS host unlocks EMS in the host.
Rule 2: the two MS users are related
Rule 3: not all MS users can unlock Sasanoo
Rule 4: only EMS users can unlock PS Sasanoo
Well Obito unlocked his MS ability although one of his eyes was in Kakashi
Obito and kakashi were like brothers
An Uchiha with MS (Obito) possesses the host of a former MS user (kakashi) unlocking EMS abilities like PS Sasanoo which breaks all rules. While still only showing us His MS Sharigan . That is understandable because the EMS sharingan is an overlap of what the two MS Sharingan looked like separated. Obito and kakashi shared the same set of eyes but put different chakra through them and maybe that's what creates EMS. The sharing of chakra . Madara put his chakra through his eyes then possessed his brothers eyes in his host body transforming the eye into the EMS. It's the mixture of chakra that creates a greater power. The fact that Kakashi is not Uchiha breaks the rule but that rule was broken when he possessed and was able to use MS ( an Uchiha KKG).
