Maybe Sasuke will take the Yata Mirror & Totsuka Blade from Itachi

ill admit, him possibly covering totsuka blade in black hell fire and swinging that around would be all sorts of badass
itachi fans wont like it though lol
seriously doubt losing an eye makes Itachi any more susceptible to genjutsu, especially if he still has his Tsukiyomi eye, He may get them, but Sasuke could have edo Madara's powers and he still couldn't take anything from Itachi, He'll probably give them to him, but taking them? lol
Easy, well he was like an older brother for itachi, he had the same principals as naruto and he didn't hesitate to sacrifice himself and his eyes for peace so
( Non developed characters leave room for imagination, that's why people are attracted to tobi, Madara...etc )
Itashi is down an eye, he doesnt even have susanoo so he cant even reach the weapons :d wich means sasuke wont have them.

Tsukiyomi can be broken by a Uchiha. Sasuke's eyes should be alot more powerful than Itachi's right now. Seeing as he has Itachi's eyes and his. I think Sasuke can force it out of him. This all goes back to has the most powerfullest eyes.

Yes his genjutsu is inferior to a full healthy Itachi but now losing one eye would make him weaker to it.

Well if you think about how you actually obtain spirit items that wouldn't make sense either. They would have to be tangible or accessible somehow for Itachi to have gotten them in the 1st place.
Maybe there are Special Requirements.
Take DBZ and Super saiyan's For Example.
To Achieve the Feat of Being a Super Saiyan, One needs to Use the "Pain of Loss" (Vegeta, Trunks, Gotens are Special i Guess :s)
Yet Most saiyans are Trained to be emotionless warriors. Thus they naturally Stop themselves From reaching Greater Hights.
Goku was unique and Fights along side his emotions Gained Far more strength.
Like Itachi was unique to the Uchiha Clan, he Didn't desire Power Nor "the Cure of Hatred" Than runs in the Clan.
That Desire for Power or Their Hate might hinder them From Unlocking them.
Maybe you need to Have Good in your Heart Or good intentions, or something along those Lines.
Unlike Those Who seek The Weapons to use their Power for their own selfish ways, Such as Oro.

sasuke doesnt use cheeze weapons like Yata Mirror & Totsuka Blade...even if itachi gave it to him he would turn it down..just like how he orginally turned down itachis eyes...hate how sasuke fans always try 2 find a way to just make sasuke over power naruto...it will never happen...sasuke had his time from the very start of the manga to be the strongest give it a fu*kin break
but what happened Sasuke took Itachi's eyes anyway. Sasuke hasn't shown to be proud in the face of more power. So what if Sasuke was stronger since the beginning, face it he is the 2nd main character in the show. Naruto and Sasuke are going to be equals to the end. That is true rivalry. They are the same coin on two different sides. I never said this will make him powerful than Naruto. I was implying that could probably fight on the same level now.
