This image shows the One Tail.
And i'm pretty sure Naruto never got the chakra of Shukaku.

In my opinion this image is more about the fact that Naruto knows ALL the names of the Bijuu.
Something that probably nobody ever did learn since the SO6P.

Maybe he has all the beasts chakra EXCEPT the One Tails?
And when he gets that chakra as well, he will meet the SO6P?

This whole thing is pretty confusing, i mean someone can only be the Jinchuuriki of one beast at a time.

Naruto has something other than the bijuu's chakra, he has their will & consciousness I believe.

I think he got One Tails Chakra as well.... Four Tails asked all other Bijuus and their Jins to introduce themselves to Naruto and give him the Bijuu Chakra.... I think Shukaku wasn't shown because his Jin was alive.... So he received Shukaku's Chakra indirectly from others most probably when he received everybody elses.... Also there's a manga page where SO6P tells the Bijuus that they will always be connected.... So I think Shukakus Chakra was transferred to him through other Bijuus.... Naruto has their Chakras and Will.... Except for Hachibi if you see that pic carefully.... =D =D

Shukakus chakra was in the mazou, so i think parts of it were gven by the bijus...

The pic doesn't show the hachibi which I think is significant. When Tobi threw the sealing pot into the.gedo mouth it transformed into the Juubi. I believe Naruto just needs a piece of all the bijuu chakra to become the sage
