With the question on how will they fight Madara without being exposed to IT, it occurs to me that Madara doesn't actually need to keep the moon lit up and reflecting his Sharinnegan after everyone is connected to the Shinju, its not like they can see the moon once they are wrapped up anyway.
Maybe the whole Moon reflecting the Juubi eye is only to start it and after it starts the moon is no longer needed with everyone trapped in the Genjutsu, this would mean that after Madara has everyone tied up and comes back down it would be safe for Naruto, Sakura, and Kakashi to step out of Sasuke's PS.
As it was noted that the moon is reflecting it not creating its own light or Sharinnegan, so the moon is like a mirror then if Madara isn't looking at it, then it won't light up.
And it has been shown that once someone is under a Sharingan genjutsu, constant eye contact isn't needed, only one look is needed to trap them.
Then Madara would agree to fight Naruto and Sasuke while drawing from everyone else in the world, as he needs someone to test his new powers against, and he has two people who's powers combined equal the Sage of the 6 Paths.
What do you think?
