Is just a theory doesn't make much sense but because of Hyuga clan but again some say that Byakugan is from Indra

No. They are clearly different people. Black Zetsu was born during the sealing.

BZ is not Kaguya's son in the literal sense, she is his mother in that she created him. Black Zetsu is her will. Also, Hamura could not be Black Zetsu as he along with Hagoromo were the ones who sealed Kaguya in the first place.
