I just did my homework. And I found something interesting:
Chakra = Physical + Spiritual Energy
Yang Power = Lifeforce/Vitality + Physical Energy
Also, it is said that the the Younger son of the Sage of Six Path inherited Yang power in the form of a 'Body':
So, the conclusion of Chakra being lifeforce is wrong (at the start I thougth it was right, but then I realized Lifeforce and Physical Energy are two separate things. Chakra has Physical Energy, Chakra doesn't have lifeforce).
People with zero chakra dies due exhaustion, lack of physical energy. Rinnegan users can use the lifeforce in their bodies as a spare reserve of chakra.
