I would have guessed 25%, but since there are two of them, I'm not sure. 3/4 really doesn't match much. 50 and 60 % are out, since the 25%'s make only 3 choices available. It would be 50% if there were two answers left, and 60% I'm just unsure about. I'd have to go with 0%, just because it seems like a trick question. 3/4 doesn't make 100%.

C is not a legit option mainly because it's 60%. So that leaves A, B and D. Now A and D are the same answers, so you can narrow it down to A and B which is 25% and 50%. So if you were to random it, you would have 50% chance of getting it right.

Of course it has no right answer if you random from all 4. The question also doesn't state that you have to absolutely random from all 4.

No it wasn't. It's a logical fallacy. You assume the last part is the question, but in truth, there is no question. That makes any answer you select, irrelevant.
