Well I made this off the top of my head. Seems pretty close to me(1-3 off maybe??) but pretty legit IMO.

The power levels are just way too high. Dragonball Z should never be compared to any anime.

the only really accurate ones i can think of are:

Naruto --> Kid Goku (hyper, powerful, orange clothes)
Juugo --> Android 16 (peaceful for the most part, huge, the orange hair)
Temari --> Android 18 (smokin hot blonde, aggressive, rough)
Jiraiya --> Master Roshi (complete perv...nuff said)
