I don't think so, considering Kaguya was likely a master of Yin-Yang Release. What I do think is that mastering it gives the user control over the fundamental forces of the universe (Gravity, Electromagnetism, Strong Force, and Weak Force). Naruto giving Kakashi his eye back could have been chemical manipulation. Yin-Yang masters can also manipulate Space-Time, Kamui, and FTG may be on the Yin-Yang release spectrum, considering Kaguya used S-T techniques.
