Okay, so tell me why you would like to learn Wind and how you'd use it in battle please! ^^

- Ouch! that hurt T_T You finally showed up and look at this, 10 minutes late I would like to learn wind because of it's gentle yet unpredictable and subtle nature making it a very deadly element to learn. I plan on using wind in contrast with my fire jutsu and to enhance the power of my Kazeshini.

Also, what is a Kazeshini?

Kazeshini are 2 scythes in my sig .
Wind is superior to lightning because it's a natural insulator but is weak against fire because it only increase the fire power.
So an A Ranked Wind would equal to S Rank Lightning but S Ranked Wind would equal to A Ranked Fire.

Also tell me some good elements to make combination jutsu with wind.

Wow that was a fast reply lol. Sorry I forgot. Water could be used in conjunction with wind like the Vortex that Yamato and Naruto made from combining rasengan and ripping torrent. But it is mostly compatible with fire amping up the power of my fire techs. It shouldn't be used with lightning and i don't think it has much effect on Earth or when used with Earth.

Wind can be used with earth in some cases, mainly dust to create a dust cloud. Wind and Earth also form the basis of Gaara's sand jutsu. Water and Wind combination as you said is also a good one, for the main reason it is harder to counter than Fire and Wind.

Let's recap;

Wind is strong against Lightning.
Wind is weak against Fire, but make a good, strong combination. Scorch KG
Wind is neutral to water buy they also make a strong combination. Ice KG
Wind is neutral to earth and really the two don't interact. Sand KG

Now describe to me what Fuuton is and how you use your chakra to perform Fuuton jutsu? Also, what other elements have you learnt?

Fuuton is the Element of Wind, I think we use our chakra to manipulate wind to make it go where we want it to go. Also, I'm training B Rank Fire with Kiritsugu Sensei and A Rank Lightning with Gaara Sempai.

Very good, we manipulate the wind to as you said move to our will. We also shape the currents to make the eddies thin and sharp to they can cut things.

What is the difference between Fuuton, a manipulating element, and say fire?

We shall start after that. ^^

The difference is that we can create currents to push and pull the winds and even cause there to be winds without them being there in the first place. It's different from fire because with fire, you create it by molding your chakra and with wind you can increase the sharpness of a weapon and use it with your hand.

Now lets us begin... keeping in mind all that you have just learnt and applying it so you can manipulate your 'Fuuton chakra'!

I want you to release your chakra out around you and the use it to take control of the winds to create a small gust. Direct this gust of wind to pick up the sand/dirt/dust from the ground around you and cover my clone in a light layer of sand, inducing the tree he is standing next to!

Alright Sempai,
*I stand still concentrating on channeling my chakra throughout my body, then while exerting from my body I use it to move about close to the ground picking up dirt and dust as it goes around. Then with some difficulty, I manage to direct the small current with all of the dust and dirt at your clone temporarily blinding him and irritating him.*

Good, this can be used quite well to temporarily blind your opponent so you can run away or attack.

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes

Now hold your hands out in front of you and charge them with your wind chakra. When you are ready I want you to release your chakra and start manipulating it to cause the wind to form a dense wall that should deflect my shuriken that I will throw at you.

All right,
-I hold out my hands in front of me as I start to channel and focus my chakra into my hands. I then see you throwing a handful of shuriken in my direction and with barely have time to think, I flinch as I release the chakra making a sort of wall of wind stopping the momentum of the shuriken causing it to stop in its track and drop.-

(Fūton: Sensougouheki) - Wind Release: Rumbling wind wall

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

Inhale a deep breathe of air and mix it with your fuuton chakra, then blow it at the ground in front of you to kick up a large amount of dust to mask your location. Then run away and hide before the cloud disperses!

-I position myself next to a tree as I inhale a deep breath mixing it with my wind chakra. Then in a single motion, I exhale strongly towards the ground in front of me causing dust to fly up strongly towards your clone causing him to be blinded in a cloud of dust as I quickly jump into the trees to hide from him.-

(Fūton: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.

Use your wind chakra to manipulate a column of air to lift my clone up into the air, bringing with it many rocks that will bash up against him. When you are finished and my clone has taken a good beating from the rocks, lets him fall back to the ground... listen out for the 'Thud' as he hits the ground.
