I gather my suiton chakra into my mouth and then add small amounts of raiton chakra and then continue to mold my ranton chakra for a few more seconds. I concentrate and spit it all out making it take the form of a large wall of electrified water. Your clone sends a wind jutsu at the wall just to test out its strength .

Note: Usable once per battle
Note: Lasts 3 full turns, unless the clouds are blown away. Takes one turn for the clouds to form.
Note: Must be taught by Infamous, Must have storm release.
Note: The rain slows the opponent down, due to the raindrops electrocuting the nervous system enough to slow down processes but not enough to kill.

I perform the necessary hand seals and gather my ranton chakra in the air and make it take the form of clouds. I wait a while and fight your clone for a bit and stuff and then when it is ready I release the stored ranton chakra and it cascades down as a torrent of electrified rain which slows the clones movements as it shocks their nervous system.

You should have added sensing to this jutsu u_u
