This is a dare I say a more powerful technique in it's description than the uzumaki barrage. The rotating speed you gain over time is consistently increasing and as that happens, your blows become more powerful. By the time you deliver the final blow, it is powerful enough to shatter the ground beneath the opponent. It does however, require you to use shadow of the dancing leaf or a similar technique to begin the combination.
This technique is a favorite. It can be used as an excuse to dodge techniques through sheer stupidity, and can also be used to deal major damage due to it's unpredictability. Kunai and other weapons can also be mixed into the combination to effect the damage of the technique. Generally, it's used as a technique to avoid things, due to it's lack of usage limit. This however, can be countered through any person fast enough to avoid the blows if they can predict them. The technique might as well be basic freeform when used against a 3T sharingan as well. Also, my bio is finally officially approved, so we can activate my sharingan now.
Lee runs towards the dummy before breaking into a quick rotating movement, causing him to twist to his right a full 360 degrees. He uses this momentum to prepare a right hook, and leaps off of his left foot as he does this. This causes his body to continue a spiral rotation through the air towards the dummy, and as Lee lands, he pushes off of his right leg into a powerful right hook. This hook sends the dummy spinning away from him.
