and the remaing 3 s rank techniques..

Alot of things have changed since 2010, including the Gentle Fist techniques and looking at how many techniques weren't included in your previous training I will have to start over but with my training method you'll have Gentle Fist mastered in no time ^^

Since you've covered the basics in your previous training I won't go over those and get right to the first phase of this training! Regular palm strikes.. such strikes are the most basic type of strikes in a Hyuuga's arsenal and usually rely on hitting your opponent only a few times whilst aiming for internal organs instead of actually aiming to strike chakra points.

What I want you to do in order to display your skill in palm strikes is have a little spar with my clone -creates a clone-. My clone will come charging at you to attack you with a simple right handed jab towards the left side of your jaw, in turn you have to defend from my clone's punch by deflecting his arm through a palm strike, exerting chakra at the same time and then hit my clone four more times, where those four hits land is upto your discretion and if you want you can throw in a kick aswell, exerting chakra from the sole of your foot. I want you to detail each strike, describing where you strike the clone and what internal damage he suffers from the strike and the after-effects of said damage.

..Don't forget to activate your Byakugan first though!

P.S. I won't stop you from using the techniques you've already learned ofcourse but with my training you'll learn every technique belonging to a category once finishing said category. Regular palm strikes being the first and all.

As the Tybo clone approaches me, i can clearly see all his chakrapoints and the vital organs, being wrapped around by the chakra system. When he thrusts towards my left chin, I take my Jyuuken stance, and quickly use my left hand to sway towards the left while holding your right hand.
Now that the thrust has been blocked, I focus chakra at the ends of my right hand, and quickly thrust it towards your left side of your chest, which on impact, damages your left lung. As a result of the shockwave, the alveoli of your lungs stop oxygenation of your blood, as a result your clone will start having probblems breathing, and have effects of coughing, nausea, and heavy breathing.
After the first strike, I focus on a principal chakra point that is present in your right arm, that I've been holding, as a result, the other chakra points in the arms increase the pressure of chakra flowing in them, as a result soon they burst and blood marks shaped in the form of little red dots appear all over the arm just like how Neji hit Hinata during the preliminaries of the chunin exam. This damage will now make your clone unable to focus chakra properly in his right arm.
And finally, I focus chakra at the soles of my right foot, where I thrust it vigourously towards your heart, which will soon stop beating and cause poisonous substances to accumulate all over the body soon, due to lack of cleansing in the circulatory system, and starts coughing out blood, like Hinata did.


Your clone finally poofs away unable to feel the agonizing pain..
