Konohamaru takes the white square paper and holds it in between his index finger and middle finger, and then stands still. He Molds His Physical and Spiritual Force from his Tenketsu's. Kneading them together and turning them into chakra. Then he channels the chakra through his chakra system and when he exerts the chakra from his chakra points in his finger and pours it into the paper, then the white, square paper suddenly lights on fire and then slowly burns into ash due to Katon chakra present in konohamaru.

Konohamaru focuses his chakra in Kakshi's chakra flow and continues inserting the ckakra and then throws a kunai attached with with paper bomb towards Kakashi but makes him see it as Konohamaru's clone running towards him.

you dont need suiton jutsu to use water to your advantage here are some examples use a fire jutsu on the lake to create a mist jump up and strike the lake with a raiton jutsu electrifying the lake or even strike the lake with some taijutsu sending a wave of water toward your target and ect do you understand

sasuke using his sharingan transfers chakra to kakashi breaking him out of the genjutsu kakashi then says now use your surrounding to your advantage

Konohamaru immediately runs towards Kakashi and performs Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger handseals while running and then inhales lots of air and exhales huge amount of infalmmable gas towards kakashi and spreads the gas then Konohamaru throws two shurikens infused with his katon chakra aiming for Kakashi and when the shuriken is inside the gas Konohamaru with a mental command ignites them which burns the gas and injures kakashi. Konohamaru immediately jumps up on the air and then exhales small fireballs from the sky which acts as fire-shots and flies towards Kakashi who is already trying to block the inflammable gas.
