One of Dean's favorite techniques, was just performed pretty well by his student. This guy was quite good at his performances and analysis of the techniques, which made Dean happy. Though he didn't show it. He always wanted his students to think that they have to impress him even more, so he kept a stern look and nodded his head.

"Well done, one of my favorite techniques, that one. Here you go."

Description: The user does a simple cresent-shaped slash at the opponent, expelling a red chakra wave.

"Now for the next technique, requires you to know Chidori. You will grab your sword and dash towards your opponent, whilst channeling a Chidori through the sword. This will cause the sword to start chirping and also make it so sharp, that it can cut through steel. You will then perform any type of slash attack, then when the sword hits the opponent, they will be numbed cause of the Chidori travelling through it. A nice technique, also allows for some good combinations. Use it on my clone."

Dean then decides to give his student an extra, and teach him one more technique.

"After that, I want you to channel your chakra into your sword and make it glow blue in color. You will then dash towards your opponent, and once you get close, you will jump into the air and spin like a ballerina, causing you to cut through your enemy before you. The spinning happens at a rapid rate, so it will you look like a blue circle of death!"

Dean creates two clones that runs towards Pradatta.

Tired slightly with the continuous training, I look upto the grim face of sensei. Not sure what was bothering him, though.

Ohai sensei, something wrong? Maybe we should go for sake later, eh?

Upon grabbing the scroll, I grin slightly at the simple nature of the kenjutsu technique. As sensei began to speak, I focus onto him

Now for the next technique, requires you to know Chidori. You will grab your sword and dash towards your opponent, whilst channeling a Chidori through the sword. Chidori? Without really saying a word, I grab my sword tighter while concentrating chakra through my arms. As the intensity of chakra flow increases, I manipulate it with my natural raiton affinity. The chakra goes on vibrating and then takes on the form of lightning sparks conducted throughout the sword. With slightly bent position, I sprint towards the clone. Upon reaching about a feet away, I slide down on the ground while keeping both feet forwards. With this, I take a clone out of balance while using my left hand to support me to my feet like a spring and behind the staggering clone. Slightly kicking it near the shin, I make sure the clone falls down back faced towards the ground. As it falls down, I take my lightining infused katana and pierce it right though clone's heart.

Man, clone murder is great.
So, its a pretty simple technique. We perform chidori that conducts throughout the sword. You take it as a chakra infused sword but with higher cutting power and strength. We can also use this technique to a sudden advantage as the poor opponent would have not seen it coming. While talking about my fighting style I don't think I would use it except in close combat or while cancelling an earthtechnique. Don't get me wrong, this is too straight forward. A good combo would be a genjutsu at short range along with this. If the opponent is also dumb enough to charge at me with "all his might", a simple dodge should do it. That is its main advantage. It is pretty strong in power so you can use it to attack/defend. It also takes very little time to charge. Though, it is also true that it is straight forward and doesn't have too many a combinations. We can say it has good freeform and tai/ken combos but when it comes to all out battle, we should restrict to other resources unless exceptionally good at kenjutsu.

So, you want me to do an omnislash? Very well.
As grim as this training turned out to be, I couldn't expect sensei throwing out another technique. I have fatigue too, I shouted inside my head. But the technique was slick, might as well do it.

As another clone approaches, I grab my sword with both hands this time. Like before, I channel chakra onto the arms and through the sword, keeping the chakra flow steady and sharp like the blade. Knees bent down, and sword placing to the left I jump up towards the clone. As I reach the point, I notice my lack of ground to actually utilize energy from ground. So with the sword placed left, I create my own momentum spinning clock-wise with both my legs attacked and sword at chest level. This would create a blue effect around the spinning area. As I touch the surface, I begin to place my feet slightly at an different angle causing the motion to stop. As I observe, there remains no clone.

Okay. Now this is a very tiring technique. It is really strong to stop incoming technique, but we have no control over ourselves expect to stop and maybe change directions. So, it has those disadvantages. Now, it does increase our speed and thus we can reach our opponent faster so for a charge in. we can use this to efficiently counter any incoming simple kenjutsu attack. Also, due to chakra being on the sword, the sword is deadlier, sharper and can fend off techniques of lower rank. Not sure how I would use it in a battle though. Can you tell me sensei?

Pradatta performed the techniques flawlessly, and Dean was quite impressed by it. With a quick smile, Dean showed his appreciation. This guy turned out to be a good student in his opinion. Not shy of doing a bit of work, even if it is two techniques. Nonetheless, they continued.

"Well done, best way to use that technique in battle is against a group of enemies as the spinning motion would allow you to take care of more that one opponent at a time. Anyway, here you go."

Description: The user flows Chidori current through a katana in manner similar to flying swallow technique. The Radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, the body of the person cut by the sword goes numb, taking away their freedom of movement.

Description: The user will channel chakra into their sword making it glow blue and then jumping into the air they spin at a rapid rate creating a spinning circle and cutting through the enemy target.

"Now, the last technique of Kenjutsu. Can you believe we went so fast with the training? It was great fun, and we should definitely go for that sake. Now this technique is quite odd, as you have to have your sword in hand when you get hit by a free flowing type of Lightning technique, The best example is Chidori Nagashi. Once hit with it, you will use your sword as a Lightning rod and cause it to attract the currents and then dispel them by placing the tip of the sword into the ground. This would nullify the effects of paralysis. Take the hit!"

Phew, that was tiring.
It was nice to see Dean smile for a bit. He didn't have a troubled look on his face from the start of the training session so I never doubted it was the village matters or the Ninja World that bothered him.

Is it the final technique already? Well, training was great. Thank you for that, sensei. Now, I also know a friend called Casteil who specializes in beverages. I'll introduce you soon ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Hearing the final technique, I was quite ready to take whatever it can coming to me. After all, the training had been nothing but easy.
As I observe the unfocused lightning approach me, I grab the hilt of my sword and observe the raiton run through the blade. With the twist of my wrist, making sure the sword doesn't displace as much, I place the sword into the ground in a thudding motion which carries all current in the ground.

So, this technique is a defensive one since you don't take on the lightning but rather use your sword as a medium to place the lightning into the ground. Earth can take on as much lightning as you want so it is a strong technique against pesky lightning users. The advantage is that it is able to nullify even strong lightning technique, and thus is useful in combat of any sort.

Dean watches Pradatta finish the last technique. They were done, yet another good one he had to let go. Oh well, he was going to meet him soon, even if it is on the battlefield. With a quick flick, Dean threw the last scroll towards Pradatta.

Description: The user by use of a sword can use it as a rod to attract lightning currents that are channeled into the user from opponents attacks and by pointing the tip of the blade into the ground the user is then able to dispel the lightning charge nullifing the effects of paralysis. However this only works on free flowing lightning based techniques such as the Chidori current and not on focused lightning based techniques.

As the large Nekura portal opens behind Dean, he laughs and says;

"I know Cas ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)! We go way back, you say beverage specialist? What the hell has he been up to?! I'll see him soon.. man, might as well go now..."

Dean enters the portal and disappears like a boss.
