2. As I said above needing EMS or Rinnegan isn't needed. Also Kakashi is a genius, this shouldn't be surprising. He probably was able to skip the previous susanoo version and skip ahead to PS because he knew it existed. Everyone before Kakashi had to test susanoo out and had to discover the various forms of susanoo. Kakashi eyes were also likely able to copy the form of Sasuke's susanoo through seeing him form it.

3. Obito probably gave him all of his chakra as well when he came back and gave him the eyes, or also somehow taught him how to use it without using much chakra.

4. Those weren't flashbacks, those were happening in real time in the non-living dimension.

You can't just SKIP things, because if that was the case, Sasuke Saw Itachi's final Susanoo and when he was fighting against Danzo and Raikage he would have just used that instead.

You can't just SKIP things, because if that was the case, Sasuke Saw Itachi's final Susanoo and when he was fighting against Danzo and Raikage he would have just used that instead.

Who says you can't skip things? Sasuke's sharingan wasn't active at the time of seeing Itachi's susanoo, just saying. Kakashi's Sharingan was always active, and while Obito/bz had it it was always active as well. Sasuke did use a fully cloaked susanoo against danzo, and against the raikage he probably only used a partial susanoo to preserve chakra, as danzo was his goal.
