To see be able to see her, you have to romance her which must have started in ME-2. Somewhere along the lines in ME-3, she leaves a picture near your bed of her without her mask (The one above)​

I never played Mass effect 2 so i did not have that Romance option fawk it

Although even if it is not a option she does remove the mask

Kind of a trashy --and lazy-- move on Bioware's part, considering it's nothing more than a photo-op from a stock image found on the internet.

When I heard they'd be showing Tali's face, I was hoping it would set the tone for the entire Quarian race's appearance. Needless to say it was a major disappointment - though that's just my opinion.

Never really liked Tali --or any other Quarian-- to begin with anyway

It is what Tali keeps saying continously in her native language ;p
