nice drawing but before coloring you need to know how to shade imo

Maybe blend the colors in instead of rushing the coloring in, so that you can make your drawing look slightly and more clean next time you color in one of your drawings ^^

Yeah I'm pretty new to colouring. This is the second drawing I've coloured the reason the shading is bad is because his outfit is almost entirely black so it's hard to get the right levels of darkness. Check out my Minato sketch it is a lot better.

You need to keep the color smooth, like try only draw one direction whole time, if you go up then keep doing it. Otherwise you create lines that goes everywhere that is still noticeable
