Well of course Tite Kubo.
Ichigo's Mom being a Quincy is really out of Wonder.To defeat a Quincy is it necessary to become Quincy itself.Mastering the Bankai at three days which takes ten years to do so.It was too intense just for sake of making the plot suitable.
If Naruto were Bleach than Naruto would had Uzumaki blood and Bijuu,Sage mode along with relations to Uchiha and Senju Clans with EMS and wood release....

Neither are that good of writers I believe. I use to believe Kishimoto was a great writer until the war arc and the under development of major characters such as Sai, Sakura, and neji. Nobody can compare to the GOAT Oda
