Appearance: Masaki is a rather tall individual, standing at roughly 188cm tall and of an average build. He has medium length, scruffy brown hair that caresses his forehead, following with light blue eyes and a rather stern expression at times. His clothing of choice is nothing special, with a black shirt adorned with a couple belts, and a tattered black scarf around his neck. Most notably is a beige cape he wears at most times with small shoulder guards. His limbs are adorned with various scars from previous battles, and bandages wrapped around his wrists. On the dominant side of his hip, he holds a bag full of assorted ninja tools and scrolls, alongside his desired brand of cigarettes and a lighter.

Personality: At a first glance, Masaki appears to be a very polite and soft-spoken individual, referring to others with proper titles where possible. It goes to show that, irrespective of his outwards appearance, he is a kind person who tries to do what is right by everyone's standards. People who really know him would describe the man as wearing his heart on his cheek; to hide true feelings and emotions. This is not necessarily the person hiding a dark truth. In fact, Masaki is someone who is riddled with fear and anxiety, in particular, to his own life. A fear of dying and death; a fear of extreme power. In saying so, Masaki is not the kind of person who enjoys the thrill of battle, opting to avoid it where possible. It is the feeling of hurting someone, skirting the line between life and death that he despises, but also understands it is a reality of this world, and must fight to survive.

Masaki is a casual smoker, often seen with a cigarette in his hand. If asked, he mentions it brings him a cathartic feeling, something that eases the mind and the body. Although it is an addiction, he is usually seen smoking specifically in the heat of a battle, or when feelings of anxiety arise.

Supposedly, Masaki had a rather isolated family life, his father working in the local quarries, and his mother as a refined dignitary. Without much time for them, he was forced to grow up faster than other kids his age. He learnt ninjutsu from the elders in his community, just like every other kid would, and would grow up to become a shinobi. His lived experiences helped to shape the person he is today, suffering from injury on the battlefield, the stinging betrayal of clients seeking his assistance, even losing his best friend to a rogue organisation. Today, he travels the world as a vagabond searching for a purpose.

Single Handseal Specialist: (Earth Release)
You can perform techniques of the skill you chose to specialize in by performing a single ( 1 ) handseal. This can be applied to Advanced and Custom Elements that are composed of basic elemental affinities.

Increased Elemental Specialist: (Magnetism Release)
You can perform techniques of a second element with faster seals and halved handseals, if more than 3 seals ( 4 and up ).

Bukijutsu Specialist:
The user’s bukijutsu’s power becomes slightly enhanced, allowing projectile based weapons ( none Tech based ) to deal more damage than normal, adding 20 Bonus Damage.

Chakra Fortification: (Magnetism Release)
The user can add an additional effective 10 Chakra or Siris to an element or skill they specialize in, though not at any increased cost or strain to the user. This simply allows their techniques to have 10 more chakra infused into them.

Apex Speed Resistance:
You are able to slow opponents within a specific range, exerting a force that slows targets naturally. This causes a 2 Base Speed level decrease to opponents that are within 8 meters of him.
Note: Requires at least 5 in AGL.

Apex Tracker Specialist:
With more heightened senses, the user is capable of gaining a now increased x2.5 tracking. This allows him to physically track faster movement without chakra sensory.

Description: A basic technique in which the user infuses basic weapons such as kunai, shuriken, swords etc. with their own Jiton chakra and control them with basic hand movements at a distance. While not a passive technique, this can be combined with other jutsu that use the same basis of weapons, such as those of the Manipulated Tools subset at the same time. Weapons of this variety keep their magnetic charge regardless of their shape or form. It should be noted that this doesn't add damage to weapons, but rather allows the user complete control over them. At its most basic, this element of the jutsu is considered freeform, and should be treated as such when pertaining to attacking and damage calculations. People with a Jiton specialty can perform this technique without the necessary hand motions.
