Why can Marvel(Disney) films and tv still use the Inhuman title? I thought when they sold the movie rights of properties that included everything from those titles including characters and terms which is why the Avengers couldn't use the word mutant and changed Witch and Quicksilver? Also why someone like Galactus hasn't even been hinted at as being a major crossover villain.
Inhumans were created in the fantastic four comics, shouldn't they then count as Fantastic Four property and belong to Fox like the term Mutant and all characters relating to any X-Men title?
Alright first off the deal that Marvel (Disney) and Fox have is a very.......aggressive one at the moment and if Marvel wanted to be technical about anything they could easily take Wolverine from them if they wanted since Wolverine started off in the Hulk. But since he is a "mutant" and is more well known in the X-Men series his title belongs with them. NOW as for the Inhuman's and the FF that is a different thing altogether. Yes, the Inhumans were first "shown" in Fantastic Four vol 1 #45, but much like the case with Wolverine, they are not really well known with being involved with the FF. Hence why Silver Surfer and Galactus are in the FF movies, they only really appear in that series.
As for the question on Galactus, yes he is a "big" threat, but Marvel has several "big" threats, but when it comes to out right destruction few and far between rival the mad titan known as Thanos, also oddly enough Fox isn't too big on crossing movies over with one another, hence why you didn't see or hear anything about the "mutants" in that new garbage of a Fan. Four movie.
