kung fu martial artists cant use any weapons
ninja has one kunai and 6 throwing stars he can use if he wants too.
ninjutsus are restricted to close fighting only, and implied in a realistic way. fireballs jutsus or rasengans are unrealistic.
a martial artists knows dragon fists, snake fists and can use shandong

i think martial artist would win, since he can just disarm a ninja and plus he is more experienced in close fighting than a ninja, since they are suppost to be stealthy and not action paced to fight someone.
